Holidaydew Avis 

It’s 2 days before our departure and time to do my check-in...only found out that the first agent i booked the holiday with only reserved priority check-in for one person. Immediately, my stress level increased and made contact with Holiday Dew. Marshall Grant handled my case calmly, with respect and tried his best to understand where I am coming from. I am aware that my voice changed its tone and Marshall keeps his voice in a normal tone and gave me the chance to discuss my point. I was able to reflect on my attitude, and realised how calm he is, i should do the same at being crossed over the phone doesn’t help anyway. He made some phone calls on the other side and phoned me back as promised. Finally, my issue was resolved, i did not get another priority boarding but he got me 10kgs of check in return in exchange...fair enough, i just want to make sure my stuffs are secured. Many thanks for your effort Marshall and please accept my apology.

I have had a super experience in speaking to Marshal,whilst I needed extra help due to my misunderstanding of the boarding pass literature.I misunderstood ,and this young man assisted me with great patience and understanding of my error.Once he patiently explained ,not only did he dispel my worries ,but his manner was of an admirable nature.Well done Marshal you are a credit to your company ,your bosses and your parents.A commendable person to deal with.

I have to change my rating as I felt I was forced to give rating there and then. It was bad service to be honest. I was given the worst hotel than previous offers. It was my mistake by listening to the agent. I should have look around first x

Discovered Holidaydew when I clicked a link to cheap city break to Amsterdam. Hafeez was super-helpful and sorted me out with a great deal: sensible daytime flights on the dates I wanted and a well-reviewed hotel (plus a room upgrade) in a convenient location. Even though it was Good Friday when I booked, the email with the ATOL Certificate, easy jet flight reference and voucher came through on Easter Sunday. Top marks to a small travel operator, and a special thanks to Hafeez who was so helpful and jolly.

Just booked the family holiday with this company first time. John have been helpful. So far so good. I hope we get, what have been promised. I will write another review on our return and give all the feedback here and on Tripadvisor.
