Worst experience ever
Worst experience ever, do not give these clowns your money!
They have taken £14,000 off my family and know that we are travelling due to my 3 year old daughter having cancer.
Once they have your money their customer service is non existent and you can’t get an answer to any of your questions, correct paperwork or mistakes made by them rectified. All calls go to an Indian call centre it’s just ridiculous.
Don’t bother as you will end up so stressed out and in tears like me. What was supposed to be something lovely for my poorly daughter has turned into a nightmare.

Me and my boyfriend have seen looking for the perfect trip for a while now. I started my enquiry over Web chat with Sofia and she was incredibly helpful! It was so refreshing to have someone talk over the chat and be given a price instead of over the phone so we could think about it.
After deciding it was the perfect holiday for us I called in and booked with Sofia. She was incredibly helpful again answering any questions and got our holiday booked for us very smoothly!
Our holiday isn’t unroll 2025 but we can’t wait!

Trevor made booking easy!
It’s only the start for us. But Trevor has been really helpful and accommodating during our enquiry stage. We’re happy with what we have booked. Trip isn’t until 2025 so can’t comment outside of booking process but that was easy and everything we asked for was supplied.

A big shout out to Kelly, she is so helpful. Kelly is so patient and answered all my questions and made me feel at ease. She took her time to explain everything to me and even when I requested to add more days to my Orlando booking she provided an excellent service for me. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Booked with them twice! Best around for florida
This is our second time using holiday Florida’s now. The first time we used it we were very hesitant as didn’t have many reviews (was a few years ago) and we hadn’t heard of the company before, plus was giving us the cheapest prices of anywhere we checked so seemed to good to be true. It was a great experience last time and all exactly as described, so we have just booked with them again to go to Florida this November. We had Chris as our booker both times now and he is great. Offered us all different options to find the best fit for our family and no matter how many time I asked for changes he did it! Definitely recommend!
