Probably better to do Greece beginning…
Probably better to do Greece beginning of September as high winds and areas closeing end of September.
Greece islands accommodation beautiful but would have preferred to be closer to town.
Albatross tour 27 people is not small group tour.
Emirates changed plane from 380 to 777 plane seats were not good. Service such as meals ran out??
Dubai accommodation we thought was late check out but we were charged 3 nights.
Otherwise great holiday would go Albatross again if less numbers in group. Very well organized.

Thank you for your feedback and I am pleased you feel the plans well organised by us. We do, however, regret that Holiday World was unable to earn 5 stars and we will endeavour to do better next time.
As mentioned on the phone, the extra night booked in Dubai was to ensure you definitely had late checkout, especially in Dubai where the heat can be quite unbearable if you check out at the normal time of 11 am or 12 noon. It is unusual for a hotel to have a hospitality room available at no cost where you could wait with your luggage and have a shower before your late night flight.
I also note that I did try and get you on a later Albatross Tour departure so you could visit Greece in early September when the weather was better but you might recall that the tour departure was fully booked; hence why it worked that you were in Greece later than you preferred.
I share your feedback with all of our team for their future reference and to our representatives for your Greece Islands hotels, Albatross Tours and Emirates.

Fantastic service and knowledge
I have been going to Narelle and the team at Holiday world for quite a while now, the service and knowledge has been nothing short of amazing. They have helped me organize multiple cruises, three world trips including all my flights for two fifa world cups in Brazil and Russia and a trip to Antarctica. I would recommend them to anyone and will continue to use them for their fantastic service.
