irresponsible and unreliable
I understand that Hollander Parts is not the final company but only an intermediary that should choose its suppliers better… I have been waiting for more than 2 weeks for a spare part to be sent to me by “Murwillumbah Motor Wreckers”, so far I have not had a response from either of them… it looks like a scam on both sides.

From the moment online to ringing the customer service team was impeccable. Got my order asked if I needed anything else with my order. Helped me with the shipping as they went out of there way to make my experience a friendly and all round professional. Would recommend to anyone who asks.

Mercedes rear wheel fender
Process was so easy and I got my part in 2 days after purchase. I ordered a Mercedes part and received an email from Hollander to confirm with the wrecker and once it did it was sent out the same day. Would definitely use them again.
