Our move was made easier by Holloway and the two removalists Victor and Michael.

Wonderful young men who moved me without any issues. The truck and my items were packed efficiently and safely. Everything was carried up to my unit and put where i needed it. Great service.

Punctual, efficient and friendly

Removalists capable, well organised and efficient.

The movers came within the window of time I needed and they completed the move without creating any damage to the apartment or my belongings. They were friendly and professional.

They were late but they gave notice of that. What surprised me though was that the night before the move I got a call informing me they woud send a tracking link by SMS so I could see the van's progress. This never materialised which suggests some basic systems issues. It seems a small think but there are many businesses which automatically provide these trackers with a pre-event email.
The actual move was 5 star and I have downgraded my rating because of the broken promise of a tracking link. The 2 men were Legends getting a massive jarrah table through the front door with literally 2 mm of total clearance, It was a slick and efficient operation. No damage, No mess.

I am still waiting for customer service to respond despite many many many emails
1- find a lost personal item
2- replace lost part of an art installation
3- replace lost part off a fridge
Move was unnecessarily stressful due to inadequate quoting, communication and human decency on any level.
They forged my signature signing off the removal as complete

The movers were good, able to do the job with good care for the stuff.
The office sent the wrong time to the driver for the delivery which meant my 80 year old Mother was very stressed without me there for support.

The team responded quickly as I requested a move only a day in advance. The movers were all professional, careful and friendly. I will be using Holloway again.

Moving is stressful. Diego and his co-worker (sorry I didn't catch your name) made it so much easier. They arrived close to the expected time with contact half an hour before to inform me that they were coming. They helped disassemble and reassemble a bed. Nothing was too much trouble for them.
The service was sensibly priced.
Highly recommended.
