Holos strikes the right balance!
My usual go-to, obviously, is GO Kombucha, which is unprocessed whole kombucha sold direct to customers overnight and not sold in the shops. But Holos is terrific, commericially sold kombucha with some smashing, original flavours. Kombucha needs a degree of stabilisation for retail distribution but for me Holos comes closest to striking exactly the right balance between the softness of the yeasts and the bite of the bacterial acids. Too many brands remove all the yeasts and the result is often very vinegary due to the imbalance of bacterial acids, but Holos booch is soothing on the palate and has a lovely light beeriness to offset the sharpness.

Great product but unfortunately wrong…
Great product but unfortunately wrong product delivered. The company were great at sorting it out (really friendly and helpful) but meant it didn't arrive in time for what I wanted and had to be left in porch for 2 days until I got home.
I have ordered again

Yummy Kombucha - Quick Delivery - Lovely Folk!
We needed our order super quick and Mike went above and beyond to make sure our delivery arrived on time. Also this Kombucha is absolutely gorgeous. Highly recommend trying them all, the different flavours are all beautiful. Will definitely be regular customers now. Order more than you think you will need though… they are very moreish!
