Cheekily offer discounts after you have already paid.

Just ordered, with an extra 2 pillow cases, as they only offer 2 in the set.
Then immediately after you pay, an offer springs up, with what I have just bought, 2 extra pillow cases, but with a £10 discount!

So I've instantly lost £10 for no reason, and they won't tell you that until you're already paid!

Won't be using again. It appears you pay more, the more you order.

And to be fair, if they admit the ploy, and put it right with me, I'd be happy to amend this review accordingly.

Our team has looked into your order, and we can see that the additional pillowcases were added as an add-on during the shopping process, meaning they were already in your basket before payment. We’re not able to add items after an order has been completed.

The bedding set itself includes 2 pillowcases, and this is shown on the product page. As you mentioned, you also added an extra 2 pillowcases, which were offered with a £10 discount. This offer is displayed during checkout and visible in the basket before payment, so it isn’t something applied afterwards.

Cheap and nasty

This is NOT quality bedding. My Morrisons bedding is better. Just washed it prior to using. Completed all the instructions on the beautifully printed card only to find the cotton was average, I had to iron the product to try and make it square again and get rid of the creases. Couldn’t iron the creases out on a cool iron or with a cloth covering the duvet so went full on hot with steam. I got so fed up with how twisted it was, I just ironed the creases in and decided to use in the spare bedroom. A poor poor purchase.

Our bedding is made from 100% Egyptian cotton, which is a completely natural fabric. Unlike synthetic materials, it’s normal for it to crease, especially after the first wash. This is actually a sign of genuine cotton quality rather than a defect.

To get the best results, we recommend removing it promptly from the washing machine, giving it a good shake, and air drying or tumble drying on low. For a smoother finish, ironing should be done while slightly damp using a warm to hot setting with steam, as a cool iron won’t be effective on natural cotton fibers.

With regular use and washing, the fabric will soften significantly and become easier to manage over time.

We want to reassure you that our bedding is carefully produced to a high standard, and we truly believe it offers much more than what a 1-star experience reflects. If you’re open to it, we’d really appreciate the chance to make this right for you.

Beautiful luxurious bedding.

As soon as I saw the Paradise design I knew my son would love it. It was out of stock at the time, but as soon as it was back in stock I received an email notification and placed an order. As a new customer I benefitted from the discount and the sale offer. My son loves it.

OK product, bizarrely hostile customer service

As I wasn't sure what the product would be like I ordered during a special offer early in November.
The order turned up, minus a free gift which I chased without much success, and then then I got a bizarre angry email about how I might have gotten a duplicate order that I would have to send back because they had already seen them on ebay and you can't do that.

The actual set is fine. The print is great. The zip closure is good. The cotton used isn't the best; I have 800tc 'soft and silky' from a department store which is more expensive but also much, much softer and has lasted for years even with pets clambering about.
So far it washes ok though they recommend a cooler temperature than you might always want for bedlinen.

The customer service though . . . genuinely some of the most erratic and hostile I have ever experienced. They eventually delivered the free gift *and* a duplicate set . . . to a random building safety contractor, while I was away.

Months later I got a series of increasingly peculiar emails from them. I had definitely gotten a duplicate order . . . but could I check please? I had to tell them about it . . . but it was fine if it had been used, they just wanted to know! They'd like my help . . . but if I didn't help they'd set the delivery agents investigations on me!
(laughable, as we all know no delivery company has ever investigated a single loss, and additionally they had no legal relationship to me)

I tracked down the lost items only to be sent a cut and paste of the standard returns process, including insisting on certain sorts of packing and that I would need to sort out all the admin and take photos for them. When I queried this they changed their mind about the packaging, but failed to address the other issues.
If you need your customers help to fix your mistakes, maybe make things as easy and pleasant as possible.
I won't be buying from them again.

I don’t normally leave reviews for stuff that I’ve purchased from a website but I’ll make an exception for this product. Not the cheapest out there but worth the extra in my opinion. Duvet cover and pillowcases arrived quickly and were beautifully packaged. The quality is exceptional and the ease of changing out the duvet cover is a godsend. The pillows look a lot neater in the new pillow cases. No floppy open end for the enclosed pillow to slide out of. Very pleased with my purchase.

Most beautiful sheets

Absolutely adore my new Holsper "Purple Flowers" Egyptian cotton sheets! They are soft, luxurious & beautiful & possibly even better than the last set I got last year (Tucano green). The edges are finished slightly different with material & stitching, making the cover appear longer and looks better (rather than ribbon piping on the Tucano, which has unfortunately frayed over time). While price is a little premium, I would purchase again.

Absolutely love this company

Absolutely love this company. Originally bought myself a flamingo duvet cover and pillowcases, loved it so much then bought the Tuscan. Loved them so much bought my son the paradise and Tuscan for his new home. They are all beautiful to look at, made really well having a zip opening on the duvet cover makes changing covers so much easier. The cotton is so comfy. When we needed new flat sheets got the matching ones to the duvet covers, the detail of the patterned edges makes me feel like going to bed at a boutique hotel. Will recommend to my friends and family

Cheap duvet cover with zip

Cheap duvet cover with zip! Bought as a Christmas present by my mum so was out of 'their warranty'. Used once and the zip came off in the wash! They won't exchange and a complete waste of money as now can't be used! Would stick to the white company who would actually take liability in this situation!

Customer service responses are AI generated by one person and very frustrating.

They could of sorted this with a simple exchange and dealt with their manufacturer on the faulty product, rather than now lose a good client who has spent a lot over the years!

After reviewing the case, we can see that the order was originally purchased more than 8 months ago. Our exchange, return, and warranty support period is 6 months from the purchase date. Unfortunately, once this time has passed we are no longer able to process replacements or exchanges, as we cannot determine how the item may have been used, washed, or handled during that extended period, which makes it difficult to identify the cause of the issue.

We would also like to clarify that the enquiry we received was from a third person rather than the original purchaser, which further limited what we were able to access or process within the order system.

We completely understand the disappointment when something does not last as expected, and we truly wish the situation had been brought to our attention earlier so we could have assisted within the support period. Our team always does its best to help customers when issues are reported within that timeframe.

This bedding is amazing. I have other expensive bedding but now want to use this all the time. It is so soft and luxurious and the design if gorgeous (the nave flamingo set). I now want the pale flamingo set but it’s out of stock. Amazing company x
