Holy cow custom cups are not made well. She blocks you for giving her advice, she uses distilled water with mica powders which allows the powders to separate and fall to the bottom and her mixture for glitter cups does not allow the glitter to stay suspended for days. I would not recommend her cups.

The level of professionalism is truly rock bottom at this company. The customer service is awful, you expect to get a lovely experience considering a livestream is done making your cup, however any question is enough to get you blocked or muted from the chat.
To further this, the quality is AWFUL. The decals are ai and off Temu which should tell you enough- considering the state of climate change and the negative impacts of ai, let alone the impact of Temu and similar sites.
And to further this, she recently mentioned she will be exploring mica powder use- which if you don’t understand the harm in this search it up.
The business practices, the product quality, and the level of professionalism warrants this company minus stars. Shame.

Zero stars if I could. Made a purchase which took weeks to arrive, don't promise something if you can't deliver.

Uses copyright material without having the licenses to do so. Really needs to be investigated with HMRC.

Claimed you got a free ice cube lid with your order asked if you wanted one, reply yes your order comes with none haha, very rude when asking on her lives for you but doesnt pay attention to your comments so I ended up with a decal I didnt even want, just agreed because she just wasnt reading my comments or my emails. Snarling her screen when she did read the email!! Lady is very money run and customers dont matter! Always give people the benefit of the doubt but definitely need to listen next time!

Very quick at taking money from orders, yet won't make the orders and most definitely wont give a refund for the cup/cups you wont receive

Only found this lady's tiktok last night ordered a cup for my son pick the decal with her. Watched her for a while. Asked if mine will be done tonight. Got blocked???

awful customer service, racist comments in live streams, poor quality, AI generated products which she has said herself are all from temu. charging people £10-£15 for a cup they could go and buy for £3-£4 pound at their local supermarket. refunds never given, awful attitude from the seller rachel. so called “buisness” is rotten through.

After I left a review on the cup I had, few days after she then dox my real name and address online in her tiktok live. Only found out from a friend who watches her told me and shared the screenshot. Please beware, I didn't get a refund, trading standards needs to be on her case.

This woman if you can call her that is nasty vile person. She reads customers private emails that got sent to her out on her lives and makes that customer to be the problem not her. Her cups are shit her cats are all over the cups whilst she making them. I saw the other day the cat was playing with the plastic straws you get in the cup and she just put the straw in the cup and put in a box for the customer. Worst customer service I have ever seen DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PERSON!!!!

Absolute awful woman. I ordered a snow globe which I did receive and as others have said it splits and clumps at the bottom, I went on and ordered a cup and didn't realise how she was doing it, told her to refund it and I'll order on the right decal, so I did 2 ordered in all, her whole comment section was them slating me and being absolutely awful. She was so rude and disrespectful. No respect for any other her customers. She then proceeded to block me from her live! She goes on about her love life all the time, more interested in her personal life on a business account than her business. Her cats walk all over the table where she makes the cups, she didn't refund me either, I at to get people to join her live and request that she refunded me. Took almost a week for her to do it. Don't buy from her SCAMMER and damn right rude

my cups perfect, rachel done everything i asked while making the cup and changed my design for me a million times because im indecisive 🙈, the cups perfect it does what it should (the glitter settles its normal give it a shake) my customer service from rachel was great too ☺️🤍

The cup came smashed was not packaged appropriately, the cardboard box was also dripping wet this is when I realised she filled my cup up with cat purine . There was multiple pubic hairs on the broken glass and racial slurs written inside the box. When I asked for a refund she never replied to my email, I followed it up ten days later to never get a reply so I questioned this in one of her TikTok lives and SHE WAS SOO RUDE, she said how she’s a professional account yet she sits and tells people not to order if they have questions when she realised I had all the proof of this horrible experience I got blocked. There’s a reason people call her $H1T cups the service is shocking

Got blocked on her live for asking some questions about the business. She was too busy being vile and worried about her chaotic love life and lies than the orders her customers were asking for. So unprofessional, DO NOT buy from this person!!!!

Horrible lady who doesn’t care about meeting her customers needs!!!! She’s also a big scammer and will not change things like your address or name if you accidentally put it down wrong, she’ll accept the order but you will never receive a parcel or your money back no matter how many times you ask!!!!! I watched her live and the way she spoken to customers and current customers was disgusting! I've lady had a few questions regarding the cups and her reply was 'i would rather you didn't order if you have questions, so don't order' what the hell!. On another live her cat was seen walking all over the table where she makes the snow globes and she was also seen touching her v*gina, under her trousers then going back to make cups. She is an absolute vile human being with no awareness of hygiene.
