Super Konzept! Habe 3 Wohnungsbesichtigungen mit Home ht gemacht und der Prozess war perfekt. Das beste war die Schlüssel in einem nahbeien Kiosk abzuholen und mir so in Ruhe die Wohnungen anzugucken... Voir plus
Für Vermieter absolut nicht zu empfehlen. Oft wochenlang keine Kommunikation möglich, man wird vertröstet oder es gibt einfach keine Reaktion. Abrechnung falsch und nicht termingerecht. Man hat einen... Voir plus

Fast, easy and responsive!
I contacted the company because I wanted to arrange an appointment to take a look at an apartment i am very interested in.
The estate agent on the phone was very friendly and competent, she sent me a link via email to upload all my documents and verifications and I got back an email with all the necessary data for the apartment viewing.
All is managed online and the whole process is finished in just a few minutes.
Fast, easy to handle and the company is very responsive, great!
In my opinion, this is how real estate brokerage is done in the 21st century.

Home is doing everything the way it should be done. Their website is clean and easily understood, the application process is seamless and the viewing of the flat I saw was lovely with a lovely Alina showing us around and answering our questions - one on one, rather than a ton of people all at once.

Top quality visit!
The idea of making all the paperwork online is so practical, which is an essential things to do nowadays. There was no confusion at all for the visit as you will get your own private time to see and ask about the apartment. Also, the room is exactly the same as the images they have put in the website. For me, this would be the best apartment visit so far in Berlin.

A fast, friendly and convenient service!
Fast communication after I applied to view the apartment. I was able to book an appointment online and the viewings was just me and the agent (no mass viewings!). The agent was very friendly and answered my question.
I uploaded all of my documents easily to make my application.

Home.Ht is like an Apple in the Rent industry
I just started using Home.ht and impressed by user-friendliness of the interface. What i like the most:
1) High quality photos that give a full understanding of the apartment
2) Easy to book a viewing (no more emails with proposals of convenient time). You receive a photo of an agent that will meet you, which is also cool.
3) Easy to apply - just ID, proof of income, last landlord's contacts.
