The company is a fake,all items shipped from china and are poor quality.
Don’t ever bother using this company I spent nearly £300 on lights when I went to return them it cost me £45 and they never apparently received them so no refund

DO NOT USE! Item not as described, cheap flimsy and not as the picture. Posted in a plastic bag. When I asked for a refund I was made to wait for a reply. When I eventually chased I was offer 50% as goodwill, I am now told it is outside of their return period so entitled to nothing. Left with an awful light I can't use.

The retro style chandelier I placed in the den actually suits the room better than I expected. It adds character without being too flashy. It showed up neatly packed and took less time to assemble than I assumed.

Saw this company address as Netherlands on their website and paid crazy amount for a heated blanket. Waited for almost a month to receive it and it doesn't hardly heat up, is tiny and only has a couple of tiny heated squares throughout the blanket. Shoukd have known it would be dropshopping crap and they are happy to refund if I return to China, pay customs, after they've inspected thoroughly for damage etc etc....shame bullshit. Of course if I don't want to go to that trouble I can accept 15% refund and keep this piece of crap. So sick of these companies. Always check this site first people and save yourself.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING!!! Absolute joke of a company, they take weeks and weeks to send something. And then when you need to return it you have to pay to send it to China!!! And you get the cost of it all, which then works out more than what you paid for the original product. Please please please avoid using this company

I’ve owned so many dryers, but this one just feels right. The jetspeed doesn’t roar like a jet but works like one. Hair dries evenly, no damage, no smell. I kept the box because it looked so neat.

Oh I wish I read the reviews before I ordered.
Still waiting for my order weeks late.
Just getting fobbed off by the seller and Evri.
Although after reading the reviews, I’m not expecting a great product now.

I order 2 lamps but want a two different color since I add two same. Changes made and I received it and working properly, hope the deliveey will be faster though. But all goods.

lights ordered, £179.80, cancelled order because it was taking too long, but the goods still arrived, and they advised me to send the goods back via the courier, which I did. they are refusing a refund even though the courier says the goods were returned.
it has now been over 6 weeks and they are still refusing to give me a refund.
this is a sham of a company and a scam. do not trade with them.

They are based in China not Netherlands! They only give a refund if the product is sent back to China, which is more than the product itself!
The products are terrible, they come in lots of different pieces and do not comply with UK standards so unable to use them! They look cheap, stay away!

Absolutely shocking light has turned on from China. Not even assembled. In about 50 flimsy pieces and all instructions in Chinese. Husband is an electrician and he cannot believe this has cost over £130. So far no response from emails. Avoid avoid avoid.

I ordered a lamp, but i want to change it for a other one, this was no problem. Happy with my new lamp!!

bought 7 round ceiling lights from this company, I wrongly assumed that the price reflected the quality!! how wrong was I, eventually the light turned up 5 weeks after order, in 2 packages (that a loose term). lights in original boxes packed in parcel bags, on opening both sets of lights were in poor condition, being squashed and broken, and the quality was very cheap to say the least..
Complained to the company and they offered 1 replacement lamp (for the smashed one) or a partial refund, and I could keep the lights, or give them away (I don't dislike anyone enough to give this crap to them), or a full refund if I returned the lights to them (China I believe) eventually with the help of Paypal, I got back 40% of the total cost, and have since purchased replacement lamps from another company, totally different experience as the lights turned up quickly, were well packed and the quality is superb., be warned do not use this company

Paid £45 for an outside light that was sold as being IP65 (i.e. suitable for outdoor use). It arrived after 3 weeks and is not as stated but a cheap product that does not comply with UK electrical safety standards and as an approved electrician I am not prepared to install it. I was not aware I was ordering from China. Had I been aware I would not have placed this order. Telephone number not answered. Emailled and was told I would have to pay for return shipping to China! AVOID

Paid £85 for 2 outside lights as I thought they would be better quality than those at discount sellers. They arrived after 3 weeks and they were the exact same lights I could have purchased from Toolstation for £17 each. On emailing the company they were obstructive and any return postage would be at my expense. I cannot imagine how these lights could be made any cheaper - they are appalling. When trying to telephone the phone rings out. Would never use again EVER!

This company is a scam. DO NOT USE. Purchased a light. It took nearly 5 weeks to arrive and when it did it was totally smashed. The packaging was flimsy (just the box the light was in) and the box looked like it had been ripped up and taped back together. No other packaging at all. I contacted them and was told that they would either replace or let me have 50% refund. Didn’t want a replacement so insisted on 100% refund. They would not do that - offered 70% and I would have to pay return postage for smashed item. Still not resolved. They will not refund the full cost of the light

Ordered to Mats they said they would be here within a week. Tracking information was received saying the courier had received the information but then silence for 12 days until I contacted them. They said that there was a backlog with the courier and my mats would be sent shortly. I told them it was unacceptable and I wanted a refund, they told me they would arrange this promptly they then got back to me and said the mats (which are generic mats and available all over the internet) were being manufactured especially for me and there for because its personalised they couldn't cancel my order, absolute gross violation of the truth thankfully I paid through Paypal and got buyer protection.

This website is a scam, they say they are in the UK, their address is in the Netherlands but when you receive tracking information it is from a Chinese courier. Stay away.
