I would give less if I could purchase a product for a Christmas present that item wasn’t correct the smell was horrendous but just remember if you actually open the present to smell the item you cannot return it they’re selling fake products not originals do not use go somewhere else

I only gave 3 stars as I received my parcel with perfume bottle loose in gift box and the top of perfume lid completely of it, luckily I was able to get it back on and it wasn't damaged but I did loose some of the perfume trying good few times trying to get top of perfume back on. I would high recommend more packaging around your product to protect your perfumes and gift box's from been damaged.

Awful service avoid!
I have never used this company before I bought perfume spending over £70 (Order #33173) unfortunately I was sent the wrong perfume. I have sent them 2 emails and no response not even an acknowledgement of my emails. What a waste of money as I don’t like the perfume they sent me. Awful company and customer service avoid!!

We can confirm we did respond to your emails and offered you the option to return the item back to us so we could resolve this for you. We also requested the item be returned so we could investigate what went wrong and ensure the same issue does not happen again.
However, we have not received a return for Order #33173, so we have been unable to process an exchange or refund.

Excellent service
Excellent service - the product was delivered within 2 days and I was kept updated on the delivery schedule. I bought a perfume gift set and it was packaged very well. This is the first time I have bought from home Cosmetics and I was very impressed.
