I have been an ongoing customer of Home DeIivered for several years with
with NO issues - until yesterday.

I called Customer Service, described the issue, and problem was resolved within 15 min with their call back.

That's great support, and I am more convinceded than ever to continue using Home Delivered whenever possible

Home Delivered has a great selection of incontinence products. We purchase the X-large Prevail adult diapers for my mother-in-law, and the fluff large pads for use under her potty chair in her bedroom (next to the bed). Ordering on line and having them delivered is a great convenience, since it is difficult to find X-large sizes in area stores.

I ordered two bottles of Simply Thick without the pump. That was because I had 3 pumps on hand. I was shipped the correct order; however I was charged the price that included the pumps which was $8 more for each bottle than it should have been. I talked to customer service and was essentially told "too bad". Needless to say I will not be buying from Home Delivered again.

Orders are correct and delivered the next day. No shipping caharges over certain amount of $. People on the phone are polite when I'm ordering.

Very happy with the ordering process online, and was able to track my order. Was having it sent to a family member and the order actually came a day earlier then tracking had anticipated. Thank you so much

I have 2 Akord disposal pails-one large and on extra large. I couldn't find refill liners for them and found them at Home Delivered. I was so happy as I love the pails and continuous liners. They are sanitary, easy to change and keep the odors in the pail. I would definitely recommend them.
