Polite, Professional, we traveled over 200 miles round trip to collect two armchairs that we wanted before Christmas, the chairs were all packed and ready when we arrived, we were helped loading our van, perfect condition, we are glad we purchased them from Home Living Outlet and have no problem highly recommending them.

Best customer service, helpful and friendly team who spent more than enough of their time answering all of our questions just so we could choose the correct sofa for us! Delivery was quick and the sofa is perfect! Shoutout to the 2 delivery drivers who turned up in Christmas jumpers and made my day!

Very helpful at the mill. When we went to order we were told it would be around 10 weeks. That meant about the Xmas week, but they couldn't promise. The week before Xmas we got a text it was here. We were over the moon, absolutely love my new suite. 😍

Bought and paid deposit, their original company went bankrupt and they then tried to move to a new company with the order then to cancel the order and keep the deposit. Avoid.

Went to look around with Jordan and the others . They had a wide selection to choose from so we tested out a few and made our choice . The sofa was brand new and we love it 😊 we will be back for a new bed soon …. Thanks Jordan

The staff were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They allowed me time to choose what I wanted without any pressure. The delivery was as they said and the delivery men were polite, friendly and very professional, ringing 20mins before they arrived to let me know. I would definitely recommend Home Living Outlet as the place to go.

Was left to wander freely without being hassled which we really liked but the lads were about incase we needed any help, we bought a reclining chair and was shown how to operate it we will definitely be using this company again
