I was a first time homeschool parent using your testing & all of you were very helpful!! No matter what questions I had!!

Easy, to use when there was an issue it was resolved quickly.

Scheduling was quick and easy, getting into the test was seamless, and the results were easy to understand after getting the full report back. I will most likely be using Homeschool Boss for the remainder of my child's testing unless the state does not accept the results for any reason.

The whole process was so easy! Testing went off without a single hiccup. Thank you for the ease, accessibility, and excellent communication every step of the way. The log in instruction emails and text messages were helpful. Having the option to call in with a question about testing times was such an added perk- thank you for such awesome customer service! The testing results/scores were emailed the very next day. I was so impressed. Would definitely use again for homeschool testing.

The testing process was very straightforward. We received detailed instructions the day of the test (by email and by text), including our child’s session name and password. This made logging in at the time of the test a breeze. The platform was intuitive and our child was able to navigate the entire test without assistance. The instructions were clear and each question offered audio options so that he could maximize his chances to understand what was expected of him.

My daughter took two tests through homeschool boss (math and reading). During her math test, we had a few questions since we've never done online tests. I was able to call customer service and get answers right away.

Super easy testing!

As a first time testing family, I was unsure how to select tests or if I had done it right, which I hadn't. But one call cleared it right up. Then on Monday when we were scheduled for math, my mom had emergency surgery. I texted and they called me. Rescheduling would be no problem. Testing + the stress of my mom's surgery - the ease and care of the Homeschool Boss Team = peace for this mama ❤️

Homeschool Boss made our MAPS Growth testing a breeze. It worked well with our computer. The proctors were quick to respond and able to set us up for breaks and get back in when we accidentally swiped out of the test (new user, new computer). Prior to the test, I sent a few emails with questions and was answered promptly.

The Proctor was always courteous and very helpful and patient.

Homeschool boss was there with any questions I had. The site was very easy to use and they were quick to email me back when I needed help. I will use them again. They are great people as well. You also get to talk to a real person. I love homeschool boss and I really like their testing material.
