The customer service is the best I have ever experienced. We had a issue with one panel and I emailed them and a replacement was ordered immediately with the explanation that it would take a couple of weeks as made to order - very impressed

Excellent customer service from start…
Excellent customer service from start to finish. I seen the table and chair that I wanted, but I was only able to order the table and not the chairs as their was a delay on the chairs, so I had emailed the company and they had replied instantly. They had said they would get back to me soon, and they did within in 10 minutes I was then able to make my Order for the table and chair and received discount as I would for the NHS. They had told me it would arrive in November and tire to their word it had arrived. Excellently packed and a very friendly delivery drive.

6 Drawer Walnut Cabinet
Excellent product well wrapped and delivered largely without incident….the driver did lose grip as the parcel was offloaded and some damage to the cardboard under the box is evident…cannot see any damage to the product itself
I was expecting notification by email from the delivery company of which day and when the parcel would be delivered…this did not happen..
