Hi I am satisfied about this work and recently I have serviced my sofa it was average condition after he did good condition thanks for the helping.

Very bad services from vendor and customer care executive. As I said previously I opted for ac services. Problem diagnosed was of leakage of gas. Vendor has given me service with warranty of 3 months. After problem starting re appearing. , he denied sevice. There are no conditions given to me by vendor. I have lost my 2500 rs. Please return my money urgently. And stop this website and cheating business

Don't ever trust them and their registered parteners!! Very bad, the partner gave me time for 3pm he didn't turn up yet, mor responding to calls.

Worst service! Cannot trust their mentioning about the verification and credibility of the technician in their app. I had worst experience possible so far in my AC installation with this App. Not happy and not recommendable at all. So to be aware and double check before calling the technician!...

my refrigerator is cooling problem.isearched home triangle technician he service and replace the freezer box after 4 days .and billed 5000 Rs. .after 2 days again same problem Accurs and he told me to I will rectify . But he came after 7 days along with the new compressors. And told compressor capacity not there have to replace. How they know compressor problem with out checking.
While refilling the refregerent they are not flushed, and vacuumed. Properly and sealing also not done properly. So it is drained with in the 2 days.
After visiting they told water is entered inside the compressor and have to replacement the compressor. But they brought compressor before analyzing.

They are totally money making scam and totally cheating team.

Very worst service my refrigerator Thermo start a bit not working i searched home triangle technician he service and replace thermostart done after 3 days fully not working my refrigerator. Actual thermostart price 500 rupees only he billed 3000 rupees i am very shocked.
Dont go home triangle .

The electrician T Kodandaram from Jai maruti services through home triangle damaged my electric material including LED Strip, Casing, base and wiring and then called police on me to forcefully recover the payment. Home triangle didnt do anything. Worst service ever. Below is the email i sent to home triangle with no response

Hi Team,

I would like to report a highly aggressive and abusive behaviour from the electrician T Kondadram who visited my property on 1/2/2024 and 2/2/2024 on behalf of Jai Maruti Electrical services.

1. The electrician did not complete the work and argumentatively demanded additional payment Rs 1000 from me dated 1/2/2024 from the agreed amount of Rs 2500 to continue the work or else he would drop the work and not complete it. I negotiated to give him Rs 500 more but he refused directly and wanted complete Rs 1000 or else he would not continue the work. He said the work was not completed because carpenter were working and it slowed him down so for additional time next day he would require Rs 1000 more. I agreed to pay Rs 1000.

2. To avoid any conflict with other workers I requested him to come at 9:00 AM the next day. The electrician agreed to come the next day at 9:30 AM and told that the shop opens at 9:00 AM and he will get the solder done by 9:30. He didnt come at 9 or 9:30 and at 10:00 I asked him about the status and he sad the solder work has not been completed. It would take him time to come. At 11:00 I called him and asked his whereabouts he started arguing with me rudely saying he is not my servant and i cant ask him for delays.

3) At 11:30 He came shouting at my doorstep as to why was I bothering him by calling him multiple times. He is not my servant. i try to explain him on the urgency and he said he doesnt bother. Things take time. I told him to start the work and he told me to shut my mouth only then he will start working. I told him that he has no right to speak to me like that in my home. He said he will do whatever he wants and he will not start the work until i make the remaining payment of Rs 2000. He directly refused the work and started abusing in his own language. He shouted, glared at me threatingly and came neck on neck with me and wanted to get physical. I refused for the payment before completing the work and he said he has ways to recover the money from me and he will use force to recover the money. I had to shut myself up and i told him that now i am getting quiet so he must continue the work, he still kept arguing until i stepped off to my balcony..

I demand strict action on this individual for this kind of behaviour. He threatened physical violence and if I would not have shut myself down then he would have definitely gotten physical. There are different teams who are working in my house but never misbehave. Its ugly to to note that home triangle is hiring such people to go to customer houses and threaten them.
