First telephone conversation I had with Muhammad Raza the man in charge of HWM; within minutes I knew I'm dealing with a professional, articulate and above all very courteous person...I didn't hesitate to agree and give my property to be in the hand of this professional person and his team.

Mr Mati Ul REHMAN has been extremely helpful and November and December month are very hard to rent due to Xmas period with people spending money on Xmas presents

Hardworking but lacks professionalism
I could give 1 star or No star as the end result was distressful for me, I literally became homeless for some hours with my son since at the eleventh hour, after having the tenancy agreement signed off, after packing all my staff, I was told that the property was taken over by the council due to landlord being bankrupt, and I won't get into the property. I was in a real trouble and distress to find a place within a few hours, and finally ended up with something I wouldn't like to have if I had options, I was desperate to have a roof over our headd. Still I have given a 3 star feedback thanks to Fazal Rehman. He is a hard working, and sincere person, he tried his best, but working hard does not always bring good results for the customers, needs professionalism. What I have realised is that Home World Management is trying their best to deliver a good service, but they lack professionalism, good management,hence some people may experience hardship like me. They need to be careful to select Landlords, they should verify landlordd and their property status before they send tenants to the landlords.
