I am so pleased to have a squirrel proof bird feeder that can be cleaned! I used to grease the pole holding the feeders with vaseline but so far the squirrels can't get in. And I'm no longer worried about the birds catching a disease.

Great product thats finely out-witted our very determined squirrels. The only slight concern I have is the perches are made of fairly thin plastic which I fear may get gnawed by the little darlings.

It came well packed but the box had taken a bit of rough treatment but product was unaffected.
Very plessed with the quality and should last for years to come.
Holds plenty of seed so no need to fill so often.
The squirrel proof system works very well indeed.
Only had them since Christmas and I can not fault them at all.

31st Dec. Tried to contact Homgar for a update on order, #90852, by telephone, 30 min ringing, no reply! Sent 2 e’mails, no reply! despite signalling that e’mails had been successfully recorded. No record on my ‘messages sent’ column! Will not be dealing with this Co. again!

Bought a window arch bird feeder which didn't stick to window. Told the Co by e:mail and they sent me free of charge a replacement which arrived the next day. Great customer service. Looks to be a really good design and well made.

I bought a window arch bird feeder as a gift for my father for Christmas and sadly through no fault of the company i bought from,I assume it got lost in the post. On alerting them of this problem,they immediately sent another one on a next day delivery and I have received it today 23/12.
I was so relieved and happy that this order arrived safe and super fast!!

I purchased a bird feeder 12 months ago, I took it apart for the first time the other day and it had a broken internal part. I emailed with a photo and a new part was sent out to me, it arrived the next day.
Superb customer service!

Thought the postage was a little pricey

We read the reviews of the rat/mouse/squirrel proof chicken feeder and were sceptical about all the five star reviews but bought one because our chicken run was plagued by rats. One week later, we have not seen a rat in the run, our chickens are laying and our chicken food bill is a fraction of what it was. We have added another 5 star review to the others. Delivery was quick - about a couple of days.
