Homz Avis

Great Service, really helped out with our planning application.

Very helpful conversation to ensure all my questions were answered. Well researched and knowledgeable planners.

The planning consultant Shivam, was incredibly professional and efficient throughout the entire process. Everything was handled smoothly and with attention to detail. I highly recommend his services!

Highly recommend Homz. Much of the communication is via phone. All of the friendly staff so far have explained everything with clarity and intelligence.

I need help with with my garden room to see if it’s under PDR and ravi and his team helped me through the process and explain me my best option to get things done legally and lawfully to avoid future issues and response is really quick appreciate there work and support

Good service and really pleased with the work of Homz. The staff on the phone was very patient, kind and helpful.

Excellent service from Homz UK (Ravi and Caroline). The team was quick, friendly, and very supportive throughout the planning permission process. They provided detailed explanations, outlined all available options and procedures clearly, and handled everything professionally. Highly recommended!

The team at Homz have been great since my initial enquiry, Ravi and Caroline have been very helpful in answering any questions around my planning application. I have taken out the feasibility check and its comeback with a good report outlining any restrictions on my potential application along with other checks. Will be submitting a pre-application to my council soon.

The consultancy was well executed and professional. A pleasure to deal with the team

A smooth process thus far, staff very accommodating and quickly to get back to me.
Very efficient and understanding of the requirements and my needs.

A very efficient service has been provided on all jobs that I have undertaken. The company is very prompt in their communication which has been great to get things moving.

Quick turnaround, accurate, attentive and overall great service. Appointed Homz for a change of use application and was dealt with ease. Will return for all developments going forward

I found this service provider online and they were clear and upfront with their requests. They were able to secure planning approval with minimal back and forth with the council. It’s clear they’ve done this many times before, and were able to submit the application in a very short time frame.

Very good people to talk to and after my consultation came up with the quote very quickly.

I used Homz for their Planning Appraisal Service and found the experience smooth and professional. The Planning Appraisal Checklist they provided was particularly helpful — it made it easy to understand what was required and where my project stood in terms of planning potential. Overall, I’m satisfied with the service and am taking the application forward with Homz and hope for a successful outcome!

Communication and service were both great, planning was approved. I’m very happy to have found the right company. Highly recommend!

Great service ! Was able to book and speak to an expert planning consultant in no time at all. The phone call was very detailed in terms of what will be required, recommended action and my chances of success. All my questions were answered ! Also very happy with the price of HOMZ services compared to other quotes I have received online.

Good communication and desired result achieved!

I was very sceptical regarding choosing a planning company and have usually only used local companies face to face but on this occasion I went out of my comfort zone and used HOMZ, I am so glad I did they was very professional and proactively answered any questions from both myself and the council planning officer. I was really happy with the service and have already instructed them on another project.

After failing through the normal channels for planning permission for my parents home, I decided to look at private companies for the issues that they were encountering.
Every one seemed to be gunning for my parents business through anywhichway possible but ultimately I decided to go with Homz UK as they not only seemed trustworthy & incredibly sympathetic to the issues we had faced in the past but reasonably priced too with no frills attached like some of the others we were in communication with and honestly we've been pleasantly surprised by their level of commitment and professionalism throughout the whole process in getting our application approved.
Very happy indeed and no qualms whatsoever in recommending their services to others.
Best Wishes S
