I needed to make contact to find my old ABN. I lost it and had to get it again and both times the team members I dealt with were fast, efficient and helpful. Both transactions were responded to and answered in under 5 minutes. Can't fault them.

Re-directed here while finding information on a government website on how to register for an ABN. Like others, I assumed I was registering on a Government site. Not only did they charge for services which are free, the business name I registered was not actually registered. Currently disputing with my credit card company.

Prompt and immediate feedback inline with my issues

I made the same mistake that many others have made and didn't realize that I was on a non-ASIC website. While juggling my responsibilities of taking care of my young child and running my small business, I completed my ABN renewal process and paid a hefty fee for the service. If this company hadn't been using Google ad hopping to deceive people, including myself, into using their website, they wouldn't have any business. I would advise you not to trust the 5-star reviews as they seem too similar and structured to be genuine. Upon checking other review websites, it becomes clear that this company is regarded as a scammer.
