Tracking and delivery photos from the carrier show this parcel was delivered. We asked the customer to follow this up with the carrier so the matter could be properly reviewed, but that was not done.

The hoodie robe (baby blue with stars) is perfect for someone who is frequently cold. It's comfortable and large enough to allow for heavy pj's underneath. I'm 5'4", and it reaches my feet. It's very soft. I got the zipper because one person had difficulty getting the nonzip one on. Shipping is a little slow (maybe the tariffs?).

My hoodie is beautiful and so warm! Unfortunately the one size fits all doesn't fit me. I'm 5'2" and it is so long it's dangerous! The shorter hoodie is not as cute! Why wouldn't you make a smaller version?

The lack of a zippered opening makes the hoodie impossible to put on and take off. Total waste of money. The return policy is a total sham. Open the package and it's not returnable.

The hoodie is a pull-on design with no zip that is what you ordered .
This is clearly shown in the product images and description before purchase.
Saying it’s hard to put on and take off confirms it was worn.
Once opened or worn, it cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
We would never resell a worn or opened item to another customer as new that you have worn and nor would we sell it to you as new.
Once it’s been on someone else’s body skin .
It is the customer’s responsibility to read product details and policies.
All customers must tick the Terms & Conditions at checkout confirming they have read and agreed.
Warm, soft quality!
I love my long length star hoodie. It arrived within the specified time and let me tell you here in Vermont we have snow up to our thighs and have been in a deep freeze; and this hoodie is warm!!!! It’s a tad too long for me ; but I don’t mind because it’s awesome. I love that it glows in the dark! It had a slight chemical smell from being vacuumed sealed, so I just hung it up for day and aired it out. I will definitely buy another; I’m eyeing a short version for early spring!

My complaint is with the delivery service. In this case it is with Canada Post. It took longer to be delivered than what I was promised. The same thing happened with the first hoodie I ordered for Christmas that didn’t arrive until after Christmas

Read their return policy carefully as they will not accept an exchange for any sizing issues. They say they provide all measurements but they do not have a measurement for the neck and they were not nice when attempting to exchange it. There are far better products and companies to so business with. I would not do business in hindsight and I recommend you do the same.

otally understand sizing can be tricky online.
Just to clarify, the neckline on this style is intentionally relaxed and oversized, so we don’t list a separate neck measurement.
For hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns/exchanges if the item is still unopened in its original vacuum-sealed packaging. We would never resell an opened or tried-on item to another customer.
shipping delayed | poor cust service
shipping took triple the time than expected. they barely was able to help, told me to contact the courier every time.
nonetheless the product quality was actually good. i woulda given 4 or 5 stars if they actually was nice im customer service.

Hoodie never came
I ordered my wife this as a Christmas present over 3 weeks before Christmas and it is the new year and I still haven't received it. It has been in transit for quite a bit and customer service has refused a refund despite it being almost a month without clarity of when I will receive it. I would not recommend this company for gifts.

Much warmer than pajamas
Much warmer than pajamas. I can keep the thermostat at 65 and be perfectly comfortable. When I climb into bed I just pull it off and slip under the covers with nothing on. Works like a charm.
