Customer service with this company is excellent. I ordered several samples, and then proceeded to purchase a rug. I am very pleased with my purchase. I would not hesitate to buy from this company again in the future.

The samples I ordered came very quickly, allowing me to feel confident in my color choice. Once ordered, the rug also came quickly. I was looking for an eco friendly, non-toxic washable rug that I can feel safe laying on. I have dust mite allergies so being able to wash it was crucial. I ordered a 5x8 and it fits in my home washer. I ordered their natural rubber liner mat as well. I am very happy with my purchase. In a world pull of plastic, they provide a healthier alternative and I’m all for that. I would recommend it to others and definitely purchase again.

From the samples, the complete information on the website, and the timely delivery to the look, feel and smell of these rugs, I am delighted! I have a latex allergy and chemical sensitivities, so I much appreciate these natural products.

I'm a repeat customer of Hook & Loom. I like the selection of flat and loom weaved rugs. I often sit on the rugs with my grandchildren and cats and really like that the rugs are free of chemicals and synthetic materials and that they are easy to clean. I also like that they are ethically produced.

I just had new wood floors installed throughout the kitchen and dining areas in my home. I needed nice washable runners to protect the floors from food prep and cleanup drips. The rugs i bought from Hook & Loom are perfect - beautiful and practical. I am also always thrilled when i can support small, environmentally sustainable companies.

The ordering was easy. The rug was shipped early and received fine. When I opened it up it had some fray in the edge. Unfortunately the fray is on the edge that shows. There are also some snags already. I'm not sure where those came from.

Great price for the size of the rugs. Great quality. Also love the process of using reclaimed fibers. Quick shipping of the sample and easy payment. Highly recommend!!

Although my delivery was a bit slow, I like everything about this company. I like that it is an eco-aware company most of all, I like that it is small, and feels personal. I like the rugs, and find them to be practical and beautiful, well-made and everything they are advertised to be.

I'm not certain why I received this survey since the rugs have not yet arrived. They have a February arrival date, and it is now mid-February. I have not heard further as to the status of the rub.

I love my rugs, and they came well protected for shipment. I am all about the environment so I am thrilled to have cotton rugs made in India. The rugs look great on my bedroom floor and keep my feet warm!!

I ordered a rug from Hook and Loom, put it in my baby’s room then realized it very clearly smelled moldy. I called the company and they said this was normal and that it was from the “spices used in India where they create the rugs.” This is absolutely not what caused a moldy smell, they clearly don’t have good practices with storing their rugs and should not be selling toxic, moldy rugs, this is a health hazard.

I could not be more thrilled with my experience with this company. My rug arrived with the most minor of issues, and when I reached out to customer service to ask for tips on fixing it, they immediately ordered a replacement to be shipped and given an extra QC check. I was blown away. I even told them I would’ve been happy fixing the tiny issue myself and their response was that they care deeply about their customers and wanted to make it right.

The rug is beautiful and high quality. I love everything this company stands for, from its eco-friendly stance to its fair labor commitment.

Bait and switch. I ordered about four rubber rug grips, spent over 100 dollars. Waited a week and there were no order updates. I finally emailed them and was told these do not SHIP without the purchase of their rugs. Snide asshat told me that it was on their website. I looked on the product description and it did not say this at the top of the information, only that it was "suggested" to buy the rugs. Then in small print, scrolling down, was this information. I took screenshots and sent to to them. I was told it would be "shared" with the management. Poor practices.

There is something so refreshing about ordering on your website. Everything is so clearly laid out and organized. There is also so much transparency about price, texture, how thick each rug is, etc... And the rug itself is so beautifully made. It is a soft cotton and the colors are rich and deep. I love it!
