We have not had any correspondence regarding this in our emails or phone calls and the first we have heard of this. We can see by the tracking with images and signatures that your order has been delivered. It was not delivered last week due to no answer at the door and delivery was re-booked which is no fault of our company. In future, please contact us via email or phone calls for any questions regarding deliveries.

Great after sale service
I'm reviewing AGAIN. I bought TWO! Had a little problem with a screw. They sent me a replacement SET of screws and fresh Alan keys incase- which arrived promptly within a 48h period - from the time I informedthem about the little problem. Great after sale service!
