I was so upset. This was the same book I purchased before with a different cover. I have bought 6 books from horray heros and didnt realize until my child brought me one to read in excitement from the new one. I reached out to customer service and felt very patronized and dismissed. (Im sure dad will love it anyway is what I was told). My kid was very disapointed. I feel like having the SAME book with a different cover is unprofessional. Many of these are being bought by aunties or grandmas (uncles and grandpas) and they dont read them! This is will be my last book since I felt I wasnt heard.

As we mentioned in our email, we allow a 24-hour window for any changes to be made to an order, whether that’s cancellation or personalization updates. Unfortunately, your message reached us after this time frame, which meant that the book had already entered the printing process and we were unable to make changes at that point.
It’s also important to note that all the stories included in our books are displayed on our website before checkout. This way, every customer can preview and read through the selected stories to make sure everything feels just right before completing the order.
However, we would like to let you know that we’ve heard you. We’ll be passing your comments along to our team so they can consider your perspective for the future.
Our goal has always been to make truly meaningful and unique keepsakes, and we’d love the opportunity to make that happen for you again. Just to clarify, we don’t make any changes to the personalization unless specifically requested. Right after an order is placed, we send a confirmation email with all the options the customer selected on our website—so if a customer wants to make a change, we wait 24 hours for them to contact us. If we don’t hear back, we go ahead and produce the book just the way it was ordered.

I got this as a Father’s Day gift for my husband and we loved it. My only note is that the customizations were a little hard to get as close to reality, but it was such a sweet book with cute stories and wonderful illustrations. Overall worth the price!

I love the book! And my husband did too! I did not think it would make him cry, but towards the end he did. The only thing I wish was different was how they shipped it. When it arrived it was almost folded in the mailbox and it now has a bent area in the binding of the book
