Very poor site always technical problems can't get bonus money waste of time

Please do not deposit money into their account. They said to me that my bonus funds would become available upon my first deposit!! Nope - Deposited £39.99 and then it popped up saying I had to play through £70 to release £2 of my £200 pending bonus funds. Avoid at all costs!! Jokers

Customer service doesn't exist if you win more than 30£ you will never get your money. Opereting in UK without the licensee offering you withdraw cancellation and won't pay you a penny will leve your withdrawal on hold without any reason and chance to get your winnings. Strongly not recommended.

They are cheap and cheater. I should have gone through reviews first before being caught by this lootwin. They are fraud. All these guys are from Hong Kong. So be guys

I made a withdrawal over a week ago and still not received my winnings absolute scam

Alot of ppl are saying scam but I have reserved a total £70 from them, U mean yes it says you need to make a deposit then after the deposit you need to spend more money to get your bouns money but I have given them around £30 total and reserved £70 back, and yes it's gambling so it's bad and I dint recommend gambling, but I've stopped after getting £70 from them and I gamble once in a life time but if you try be careful as most ppl have had bad experience with the app

If I’m being very onest I do understand gambling is bad and the customer should always be aware of the risk that they may lose whatever money they deposit! Yet sites like hootwin.com are quite obviously a predatory gambling site! You receive a sign up bonus that you can’t use ffs 🤦 and then when you deposit your own money and are fortunate enough to win, you find out you can’t withdraw your winnnings at all 😡 in my opinion it’s a legal loophole of THEFT and if the justice system doesn’t get who’s responsible then I have to believe Karma will insure they get everything they deserve!!!!!!!!! After nearly a full month. Still no winnings have been paid. Still getting the same typical script messages bk. There's no kyc email address or any way of complaining. I'm waiting for £30 &£80 winnings from the 18th Feb. To be told they have hit there limet after a few big payouts. This has been the same the whole time. It's just got a cancel button as there waiting for me to loose the will an press cancel. Iv screen shoted everything an I'm now requested a charge bk as iv had enough of the pls be patient speil. Avoid at all costs if you win you will end up with nothing unless you keep depositing but then you will end up with nothing anyway.
