Extremely Disappointing Experience Payment Taken, No Order, No Refund
I had a terrible experience shopping with Hophead. On 5th July 2025, I made a payment of ₹2,374.05 to purchase a pair of pants. The amount was successfully debited from my bank account, but the order was never placed on their platform.
When I contacted their support team, they claimed to have applied for a refund of ₹2,499, which is oddly not even the amount I paid. Despite multiple follow-ups, as of 21st July 2025, I have received no refund at all.
Even after sharing my bank statement as proof, all I kept hearing from their support team was: “Please wait, we are still looking into it.” No clear answers, no resolution, and absolutely no accountability.
This kind of customer service is completely unacceptable. I’ve lost both my money and my trust in this brand. I would strongly advise others to be cautious when making any payment to Hophead.
