The 7-10 day deliver turned into a month with numerous phonecalls and it'll be tomorrows/next weeks.
When it finally arrived the colour did not match the on-line pictures. Its a nice piece of furniture, but not the colour I was expecting.

I was a little wary of buying furniture on the internet and looked into the Company quite thoroughly before going onto the online chat. Steve answered all my questions and I decided to go ahead with the purchase of an oval shaped chest of drawers with marble top.
I was kept well informed at each stage of the process and the item was delivered 3 days later at the exact time that I was told it would be.
We love the chest and would have no hesitation in purchasing from Hopo in the future.

A very straightforward experience

The items are well built and look great. Unfortunately one to unit arrived damaged and was the last piece in stock, but I received a full refund within two weeks, so very happy with the service provided by hopo furniture.

Really happy with my dining table set from Hopo. It was out of stock when ordered but Steve was extremely helpful and called up to check in periodically and let us know on delivery timeline. Delivery was very easy and arrived in perfect condition. Will definitely be buying more furniture from here.

I’m really happy with the product, but what really makes this whole experience very pleasant is the customer care. The delivery time is on spot. The furniture piece broke while it was getting installed. I contacted the customer service & they immediately dispatched a new item. It arrived fast & was installed properly. I highly recommend this shop & would definitely order again when needed. They really gained my trust because this experience could’ve taken a very different turn. One can order with peace of mind than they will get the product and service they hope for.

From the first browsing on the website we liked the look of the furniture. I called the store to ask some questions and Steve was so helpful and considerate!
