Room for one more? Because I joined this shit train

Oh, I wish I read these refuse sooner. Because I also was too late to cancel my free trial and now I’ve paid a yearly fee for four accounts, €200+. As you can read at other refuse, they are referring to their policy. It won’t allow them to do a refund, like that policy has a mind of his own. But all jokes aside, if everybody is complaining about the same problem, isn’t it time to take notice? If you have a company, you have also the power to do something about this. Please stop referring to your policy.

@Hopper: please take note, don’t be like this. I’ve used your services in the past and back then you were great. What happens in between?

And last, I wouldn’t advise you to place another/similar reaction under this review. It’s not going to help me that you cancel my subscription. Hopefully, you’re smart enough to notice how bad this all makes you look.

Just take notice and do something about. I worked too long in this industry and really saddened about what you have become. Guess I won’t be using your services this entire year although I paid for it. Amazing.

I was charged even though I canceled immediately after noticing the renewal, and support (Isabel) just repeated the same “non-refundable” script instead of actually helping. Hopper HQ points to small-print T&Cs and calls it a day. No goodwill, no partial credit, no real investigation—just canned replies and a reminder that I “have access until Nov 7,” which I don’t want. This feels deceptive and customer-hostile. I’ve now disputed the charge with my bank and will share my experience so others know what to expect. If you value transparent billing and responsive support, look elsewhere. 1 star.

I’ve reviewed the account activity, database, and communication logs, and there’s no record of a cancellation request or attempt prior to renewal. To avoid charges, accounts must be cancelled before the end of the 14-day free trial. In line with our refund policy, all premium payments are non-refundable, so we’re unfortunately unable to process a refund on this occasion.

That said, I can confirm your account has been cancelled — you won’t be charged again and will retain access until the end of your current paid period.

We understand how frustrating unexpected charges can be, and we’re always working to make our sign-up and cancellation process as clear as possible. If you’d like to discuss this further, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our support team directly — we’d be happy to help clarify anything.

All customers have complete control over their subscription and can cancel anytime directly through their Billing Settings. Once cancelled, no further payments are taken. I was a newby needing help...

I was looking for someone to help with Social Media posting, and HopperHQ was recommended by a colleague.

I had never used a scheduler before and was concerned I would get baffled by the complexity of it all, but I was surprised at how easy to pick up your system is.

With great support when I had an issue and a user-friendly interface, I can highly recommend HopperHQ to anyone looking for a way to get your reels and videos into circulation

Simply amazing!

I looked everywhere and there is no app that can compare! I needed a Pinterest scheduler that has drag n drop bulk upload (as I don’t want to use csv) unlimited posting, simple and clean interface and a good price. This is the only app that does this is all! I’m honestly so happy!

Perfect for those visual planners...

I was finding it super hard to plan and schedule my social content. Im a real visual person and needed to "see" the instagram grid designed. I found Hopper HQ and it exceeded my expectations, it helped me get over my roadblocks and was able to smash out a heap of content and just play around with looks. One thing that isnt there that I would love is the collab posts to also appear on the Hooper HQ Grid, so its not fully showing all the real live content from my instagram, but that still woudnt stop me from continuing to use it as its still a huge solution to a big problem for me. Love it!

Hopper HQ is a winner!

Hopper HQ is a fantastic social media scheduler that keeps things simple but comes with a load of options. The interface makes it look easy, and honestly, it is. The calendar view and the social post generator are easy to master and work seamlessly. I truly love this software and can see myself using it for years to come.

Isabel is AMAZINC!!

Isabel is AMAZINC!!! So far this is the only program that checks the most of the boxes for what I need. The 2 things it cannot do are because of restrictions from FB and Tiktok. LOVE It and Isabel was AMAZING on my zoom info call. Quick replies, troubleshooting quickly addressed with easy to follow steps and overall the best customer service I can remember in a Iongtime. I signed up for a lifetime and even upgraded to tier 2 because of Isabel’s service!

Hopper HQ was a pleasant surprise

Hopper HQ was a pleasant surprise in a crowded SMM space. The UI is so clean and easy to use. LOVE the calendar view. All the accounts are clearly organized on the left-hand side of dashboard. Workspaces would be cool, but the Team and Search features work very well.

The Hopper AI can help you create captions and hashtags, plus the analytics shows who is looking at what. There's also a Best Time to Post view.

I love that Hopper has a mobile app, that actually works. This seems to be rare in the SMM space.

Thieves!!

Thieves!!! Cancelled subscription within the timeframe, payment taken and now refusing to refund, having to open a claim with my bank, stay clear!!

Editing following Hopper reply: I cancelled well within the trial period, you tried to retain me with an offer of a free week which I declined yet you carried on billing?? Your software if beyond sub lar as is your customer service and I will be raising a dispute with my bank

No se que le pasa a estas empresas que…

No se que le pasa a estas empresas que abres una cuenta, ofrecen una prueba gratis y de ahi como no funciona y es una porquería, no la vuelves a usar y de la nada, estan procesando cargos a tu tarjeta y no puedes desactivarlos.

Este tipo de click baits de 7 days free trial deberian de empezar a ser penados ya que te buscan enganchar ya que saben que no ofrecen nada de valor y despues de amarran el pago sin tu consentimiento.

Curisiomanete nunca use esta porquería porque hay muchas mejores y que ofrecen 30 dias gratis sin necesidad de tarjeta.

Makes Instagram useable for me ♥️

I have been using Hopper to manage my Instagram for a few years now, this just makes it so easy to prepare and manage all aspects of my social posts. If I didn’t have Hopper then I simply would not be using Instagram as I just do not have the time to post manually.

The team are so helpful and the service, advice and rewards have been above and beyond what I ask for each time.
