Don't touch this company with a barge pole!!

The fact that they splash the Boots logo all over their advertising when they have nothing to do with Boots tells you everything you need to know.

Ordered the product and company took my money but no product delivered.
Sent loads of emails requesting a refund but no reply.
My advice is stay away from this company.

Was very disappointed with my order patches where smaller than advertised.tried to cancel my order but by the time they replied they said it was to late was shipped out 2weeks later got my order. sent email after email but no response from them.be careful read all reviews wouldn't recommend.

I wish I read these reviews before I ordered. My order came to £24.96 + £4.99 = £29.95. That went through PayPal OK. Then they tried to charge another £62. ?? Over £92 in total. Thankfully my bank rejected the £62.?? Charge and my banks fraud department called me. Why do they get away with putting a Trust Pilot 4.9 star rating which is clearly fake. Looks like there will be no weight loss on this product. I will be demanding my money back. I paid on credit card and will be hoping they will help me get my money back. I HATE SCAMMERS AND FRAUDSTERS. AVOID AT ALL COST.

OH NO! NOW THEY HAVE MANAGED TO TAKE THE £62.97 AS A DIRECT DEBIT ON MY CURRENT ACCOUNT!!

The product I brought from this company, patches for weightloss, are completely unlike those shown in their advertisement. They sent me six weeks supply to lose 6stone. I have used half of them to nil effect other than what I would have lost on my restricted diet anyway. They are to be avoided at all costs and no way should have anything but a one star on Trustpilot as all the reviews show a one star only.

I ordered the slimming patches and stayed refunds up to 180 day,I have emailed them about 10 times to ask for refund as the patches I had a reaction to I got blisters under them,but they have not replied about my refund,they ask for details of order on the 17 sent that and still nothing,so would not rate for there customer service or refund poly

Firstly, very bad, awful, experience. This company is not in the UK. They are in the USA. They are fake. They are thieves. They are evil to human beings. Selling rubbish products and charging shipping. Poor communication. Please never buy anything from them.

I purchased some slim patches, they took a while to arrive, on opening the package was extremely disappointed with the size of the patch, so small that they wouldn’t be capable of doing anything, I was charged postage, which had stated free postage, I have contacted them several times, without getting the response I wanted ?
I want my postage returned & I also I wish to return 9 packs of unopened boxes. They also state if you’re not 100% satisfied they will give you a full refund ??

Please do NOT purchase from this company !!They are a total rip off!
The receipt they sent me was for £43.95
but they actually took £ 52.74 out of my account. As previously mentioned in another review by someone else, when I queried this they asked for proof, which I sent immediately.
I've sent several emails since, trying to get a reply, but these have all been ignored.
I am now also led to believe that the patches I received are actually the fake ones.

I placed an order totalling £72.95 and the company took £87.54 from my account. When I queried this I was asked to provide proof and they then ignored my request for refund. The product advertised appeared to be patches about 6cm x 6cm and the ones arrived were less than 2cm x 2cm.

Do not order anything from this company there products are made in china and you can't get a refund as the cost of sending back is more than you paid for the product. They blatantly lie to you avoid at all cost
