Love my watch but not Horizon
The watch delivered on time but the hands are supposed to be luminous after charging under light. The luminous feature does not work after several days of charging so I contacted Horizon (well within the 14 day time period). Horizon Support agent told me if that feature is really important to me I will need to spend more money on a better watch! I replied back and the next agent told me to contact Citizen. Uhmmm okay but Citizen did not sell me this watch- Horizon did- a week ago. I will say- otherwise I am happy with this watch but sure do wish the luminous hands worked as described. Not really sure I would recommend this company as their service right after you receive your product was well BELOW lacking. Per Horizon Response- I was never offered a return as an option. Again-completely lacking in any real customer service and their response shows the public how they deal with their customers sadly.

Great value great service great product
Great value, beautiful watch, obviously brand new - no scratches, etc. Inspection with a 10X lighted magnifier indicated it was legit and cooperation with manual support at Citizen confirmed it. Arrived early, well packed and immaculate condition. Five stars!
