Hard to cancel
Within two weeks of receiving my product, I emailed to cancel and was informed that because I had gotten it at the special price. I would have to wait and pay for the second shipment before I could cancel. I read everything I could read on their website and they make it very difficult for you to find the information. After back-and-forth emails, they said I could pay the $60 which was the discount amount on the original order and they would cancel my subscription. I paid and want to be done with this company.

Our subscription terms, including discounted pricing, renewal conditions, and early-cancellation rules, are clearly disclosed in our Terms & Conditions, which are easily accessible from our homepage and during checkout.
The initial order was placed at a reduced subscription price, which is confirmed in both the order confirmation and tracking emails, along with the automatic renewal details. Subscription discounts are offered to customers who intend to continue beyond the first shipment. To protect this pricing model and prevent misuse—such as subscribing at a lower price and cancelling immediately—our terms require paying the difference between the subscription price and the regular one-time purchase price if cancellation is requested before the first renewal.
In this case, no renewal charge or second shipment was processed. The amount paid simply converted the order into a one-time purchase, after which the subscription was fully cancelled, and no further charges will occur. The price to cover is proportional to the supply bought; if you've covered $60, it was a 6-month supply.
We understand that subscription policies can be frustrating when overlooked, which is why this information is clearly disclosed at checkout and reiterated in post-purchase emails. Self-cancelation links are included in reminders about the upcoming charges. We appreciate the feedback and the opportunity to clarify how this works.

I was exceptical, now I'm surprised.
I first tried the competitor brand Hormone Harmony for several months and saw very little results.
I am pleasantly surprised with Hormify, because even without a real discipline on my diet (Thanks to the holidays) and without much exercise, I was surprised to see my brain fog disappear, my feet edema resolved and decreased appetite (unable to finish my plate). I'm looking forward to see some pounds drop, I am aware that I need to do better with my diet and exercise routines.

This company is a scam
This company is a scam! After cancelling my subscription, they shipped me a 6-month supply of the product several months later and charged my credit card without my permission. When I contacted their customer support, they claimed they never received an email from me cancelling my subscription, and refused to allow me to return the product.
The reason I cancelled in the first place was due to the product be ineffective. It does not do any of the things that are promised on their ads or website. Total scam and waste of money.

BUYER BEWARE!
BUYER BEWARE!! If I could give zero stars I would. This company is a scam with hidden fees around every corner. First they automatically sign you up for some wellness challenge that you never agree to and then start charging you $19.99 a month without your approval. Then when you try to cancel they try to get more money out of you to “lower their costs” It is probably in the TOS because legally they have to put it there but try reading that thing and find where they will be charging you all these extra. Also the product was nothing more than a multivitamin that I’m not sure did anything. I noticed no difference at all after 3 months of use. Can not stress enough…DO NOT BUY.
