Who are we to tell you what you like and dislike? All we do is produce exactly what you ask from us. With a selection of over 20 different origins, 5 different blends and 3 different decaf coffees there is something for everyone. Hormozi Coffee started up in the early 2000's with naught but a scooter, a bunch of coffee beans and a plan. Originally based in London, we served various family run coffee shops and restaurants, providing them with a service and care only given by a small family run business. Other the years, we moved operations to Kent. Here we opened up our coffee roastery in little Sittingbourne. All of our premium coffees are roasted fresh on one of our many artesanal gas-powered drum coffee roasters. What we offer? Coffee the way you want it. We offer samples from 99p so you can try before commiting. Our coffees are sold in 250g (letter box friendly), 500g and 1kg. We roast coffee daily and dispatch within 2 days. NO COFFEE IS SITTING ON OUR SHELVES, EVERYTHING IS ROASTED FRESH TO ORDER. CANNOT BE FRESHER. FREE DELIVERY ON ALL COFFEES! Delivery takes 3-5 days, though you can upgrade to express shipping for next day delivery for a small fee. Terrible website.
Painful Website.
The old website was bad, the new one is worse.
When you place an order it wants to set you up for an automated repeat order.
The office then have to cancel this, so you get an email confirming a repeat order of 0, then an email cancelling a repeat order that you never asked for in the first place.
If you log in to do an “order again” order then for some reason it puts the order through as PayPal credit. Now I’m getting emails from PayPal credit asking for the balance to be cleared and to download a PayPal statement.
The website designer should be shot.
If they used the same design that did their old site then they should be sacked.
Wonderful coffee - diabolical website.

Thank you for your feedback. The developer is currently working on a solution for your complaints.
Regarding the subscription, the way our website is currently setup regular, one-time purchases are considered a "one day subscription". It won't take recurring payments from you unless you select that you want recurring payments.
Regarding the PayPal credit, I am afraid that is not related to us. PayPal offers this to all their customers and you should contact them to explain what has happened.
I am sorry you have had such difficulty using our website but glad to see you enjoyed our coffee.
Once the developer has fixed these issues I will get in touch for you to check it out and hopefully change your review.

I'm so glad I came across this company. Great coffee, great price. I've now signed up for a subscription and my coffee beans arrive the day after roasting, you can't ask for more than that.

Hormozi excellent company.
I have been buying coffee from Hormozi for quite some time now, it is always excellent very well priced and delivered within a couple of days of ordering. I would not buy my coffee anywhere else.
