Affordable VPS and a timely customer support

I have been using Hostacks for my website for over a year now, and I couldn't be happier with their service. Their servers are lightning fast, and my website has never experienced any downtime. I purchased their vps service for 8.99$ on ebay from a seller named "hamoostore", and that too i was a fool to believe the seller that the vps is 8gb ram and 6 cores, hahaha, after purchasing the seller said me to register an account with hostacks with my mail id and then raise a ticket to them to link the server i purchased to the mail id so i will be able to renew the server every month through hostacks directly, now the main part comes, i registered an account and then raised a ticket, after raising the ticket i got a reply from them saying me to add 10 euros to the hostacks wallet and only then they will link the vps server to my accout, i added the money as they said and then after that its been almost a month now but no response from them, top of that the server is like third class, the seller said its 8gb ram but it takes a decade to move the mouse cursor also, so i would advice you to stay away from this vps service and not get deceived by their cheap price because not even the server is disgusting and the 10 euros which i paid is also gone
