Worst service we had ever. Had domain name for many years. Did not send us reminder for renewal atleast one time. Now we lost the domain name. If your domain is really worth or if you have business on it, dont keep the name with these cheap people. No support, no customer care.
I received domain renewal alert from them and when I renewed it they simply said it is already transferred to another service provider. My question is if they already know that the domain is transferred from them then why they show renewal alert of the same already transferred domain? Now I have asked them to refund my money. Hope I get my money back. Thanks
Would give them no stars if I could. My client's site has been down almost continuously for 6 days. Plesk controlpanel was unreachable. No indication of any service issues on the HostIndia website. I logged a high priority support ticket 6 days ago. Despite that and several follow-ups by me, Hostindia have still not even replied. Chat support - until today - would always say you are next in the queue and then time out. Finally got through on chat today. Operator told me everything was fine - even though the site is demonstrably down. Eventually admitted they have had 'hardware problems' all 'now resolved', even though the problem clearly hasn't been resolved. Insisted that I should email support - even though I have an outstanding and unactioned support ticket open. No apology. Didn't seem even bothered. Issue still unresolved! At least found out the problem with Plesk control panel - they have broken their own https configuration. I would not believe such pathetically uncaring and incompetent service was possible in the modern age were I not experiencing it for myself.
Really excellent one for domain registration and the web hosting company. very low price with best web hosting plans for India. If you don't want to pay more to renew your service Hostindia is the best one.
