Dan Au Hoy's agency is incompetent
Dan Au Hoy's agency is very unprofessional, incompetent, and petty. When I request something simple like change my policy they say they will do it and 6 months later and after many attempts it doesn't get done.
Also they spam you with phone calls trying to sell you more insurance even after you tell them not to.
I even called Allstate to switch agents but Dan Au Hoy is so greedy and petty that he told other agency that is part of Allstate (which he represents) not to accept my business so he can keep earning even though i'm dissatisfied.
Very unprofessional horrible to deal with, and a disgusting firm.

Great Australian company. The service is fantastic and I always receive my orders much quicker than expected. The range of products they sell is excellent, and the prices are pretty good too!

Hot Deals and Hot service with a cool service
Hot.Com were the cheapest price for my Epson R3000 printer. Their photo paper is well priced and they carry a great slection of various types and suppliers.
Their delivery was quick and arrived in good time.
My misorder of one item was replaced with a reasonable and professional approach.
I would recommend this supplier and will use them again in the future.

HOT were hot but StarTrack Express was ice cold....my purchase sat in their depot for 7 days!! and if I hadn't called to find out was going on who knows how much longer I would have waited

Great price! Great product! Great service!
I must admit I had never heard of Hot.com.au but I am glad I found them, they had the right product I was looking for at a great price and also had the information for a promotion that was available with the printer and I scored a GoPro camera.
Hope to deal with these guys in the future and would not hesitate to tell everyone how good they are.
