The diffuser scent is not what I expected and I wanted to cancel this subscription as soon as I ordered it but a representative would not let me. I literally tried to cancel 30 minutes after the purchase and he said I then would have to pay an $80 cancellation fee. I don't even like the product enough. But to avoid this company from doing anything to my credit due to a cancellation that they will make me pay for. Beware, this is not worth it. Now I have to keep a 6 months subscription. Also, it took almost 2 months to receive the Diffuser. Super frustrating service.

I ordered Libra parfum - some how I enrolled into subscription.
Which i trying to cancel but not success yet after numerous calls and emails-
Appart that I order Mystery box. Oh guys- worst package I ever ordered- I got " discount on anything on their website " but terms and conditions are - you can't used because its already discounted- every item is not suitable.

Before that I order machine- champagne collor. Now its over month- no updates no follow ups- I rang company again.
They tried just sign theirs subscription for 36months and they send me free machine...
As I said no- they transfer me into AI to deal with it further.

Admit, smell is good.
Service is zero.

Part 2 ….
I wrote a part one but the saga is so long I had to add a part two because I think it important to tell the whole story which at this point is now near 6 months ongoing with no solution.
Part 2 - so where I left of is have the product it doesn’t do what it claims to do - my membership has been cancelled according to sales girl who cold called and attempted to upsell me - and now I’m ghosted! So what happened next - was that I again had just forgotten about it all when a charge came through my account for almost 49 dollars - the cost of a new pro pod - and the membership fees which I was told were cancelled by first sales girl! lol - and I still had no new pro pod that didn’t come till weeks later. Once again same scenario - charges with product to speak of. Just around a week later another sales man this time called me to try to upsell me yet again- and check in my purchases - I informed of everything that went down and he said he would cancel my membership right there and then with my order number - and refund me for the pro pod that was apparently on the way still and once again I would follow through on upscaling to the product the first girl tried to sell me and never got back to me - and he was also going to send me 5 free bottles of aromas to try out just because. I said perfect that I would mail back the pro pod give the new scents a try keep what I had and throw it in my bathroom and put the new one in the rest of house to see how it worked. Done and done - you would think….. but no! The refund was never done nor was the membership cancelled as he said he was doing - finally the new pro pod had arrived and still hinterland - so I sent messages to the sales guy who actually gave me his personal line - and he responded he was unable to do a return from his end like he told me he was doing that night we spoke days earlier - he never mentioned the 5 oils he was sending me for free again and as you can imagine I never received them. So I started calling like a mad man to every number I could find to try and process this return cause now I’m just on a mission at this point. It’s now more about the point of the matter and principle I don’t even care about the money truly. Every time put in hold and no one ever answers the phone - one day I clocked over two hours spent on hold with hotel collection never getting through to anyone- 2 hours over a span of three attempts. Finally on another day ironically I get right through to a sales agent who took my order number created a return label - claimed she cancelled my membership for a third time at this point mind you - and I printed the label and put it in the mail unopened right away that night - that was approximately 9-10 days ago. I have yet to hear a word back from hotel collection organs a return hit my bank account. I can’t even get a confirmation of my returned package. And I am in limp with it! The absolute worst customer service I’ve ever encountered and one of the biggest waste of money on the face of this planet to date - all in all totally around 220 dollars and hours of wasted time and energy for basically an elevated candle that I don’t use at all know because it doesn’t even come close to the claims it makes online - I am half tempted to start calling the hotels it claims to be fragrancing to find out if that is actually the truth or if this company has completely made up lie after lie to sell a lacking product to the public and if that is true actually spending the time to take them to court for misrepresentation by throwing these hotels along with their customers under the bus of fraud! I mean if your gonna lie to the public at least have good customer service to handle the influx of complaints you will eventually ah e to deal with! I mean that’s just greedy at this point. But it goes to show you how powerful well done marketing can sell just about anything if done well as in this case they take the cake for in that realm - I am pretty skeptical but their website sure did fool me and I considered it a no brainer on purchasing one. Lesson learned - so the choice is yours - if you have money to burn then be my guest - like I said - for me at this point it’s just the principal of the whole thing is the only reason I pursue it now because to be perfectly honest - the only product I have found to date that actually does what it says it does is the decrease cartridge and refills kit- I pop about 4 in my 600 foot apartment - one in my living room area - one in my bedroom area and one in my bathroom and kitchen area - and I kid you not you can even smoke in my tiny place with one window ( which is so not allowed at all and I could get a lease violation for) and not one person has ever even asked if I smoked. And once you get the plug in cartridges you can get a pack of 5 refills for as low as 19 dollars on instacart! True story - not trying to plug for febreeze cause I still think they are over priced personally - and they need more masculine scents. Yup! 100% tru
