0/5 – Misleading Booking prices and Poor Management
As two female friends travelling together, I booked a Twin Room at Hotel Pilgrim Paris through Stayforlong, but was given a Double Room instead. The manager, Clara, admitted the hotel was fully booked and refused any refund or compensation — her solution, extra bedding in poor condition at a 4 star hotel.
As a cancer patient in remission having just travelled 8hrs, this caused unnecessary stress and exhaustion. The room was tiny, too small for luggage, and the service was unhelpful. Despite paying for a higher category, there was no refund, no compensation, and no accountability.
Avoid this hotel and Cister Hospitality at all costs — misleading pricing and poor management.
