Misleading premium features and zero flexibility on refunds
I purchased an annual subscription to Hotmix (80 Euros) under the impression that the paid tier offered an expanded selection of radio stations and music variety beyond the freemium version. After 30 minutes of use, I realized the content is identical to the free version—the only difference is the removal of ads.
When I immediately reached out to request a cancellation and refund due to this misunderstanding of the service features, my claim was denied. Paying 80 Euros for a service I used for less than an hour feels like a predatory business practice. If you are looking for more musical variety, look elsewhere; the "Premium" tag is misleading. Any serious business will give you at least 24 hours to claim a refund if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase. Avoid them and find any other music service.
