My tub is maintained by Chandler who does a fantastic job. He is very patient as I usually ask him the same questions at every service. I couldn’t ask for a better service engineer

Really helpful
Really helpful, when my wife and I called in we were looking to replace our old hot tub and was not sure just what to buy, so all was explained about how they had improved, the best insulation to have to keep running costs down and even invited to sit in the one we liked (and they made nice coffee) nothing was to much trouble, they removed our old hot tub along with a number of ants nest complete with eggs (thank you for that) cleaned up and fitted the New Hot Tub explaining how it works and adding the chemicals (I have been invited to go back for a demonstration and how to add chemicals) I had removed a gate a wood stop to give access which the kindly put back. would recommend them.
