Let down.

First photo paint by numbers we had was great. Ordered another and this one has been so badly done my tuxedo cat who was star of the paint by numbers looks like a blob of paint as they went same colours for cat as well as the branches and leaves of the tree she was in and gave me the colour purple to do 90% of her body. Really disappointed waste of £40 have sent them pics and they want me to finish the pic but nothing is going to change that you have made my black and white cat purple

Houseart Paint‑by‑Numbers

I was reasonably pleased when it arrived, but that didn’t last long. The paints supplied are nowhere near enough to finish the picture — very disappointing for something costing over £50. Later I found the exact same design on Temu for £8.50, which left me feeling completely ripped off. Not worth the money.

I've been waiting since before mother's…

I've been waiting since before mother's day for my gift to arrive to my mum. I'm disgusted that they said if have the package by 29th March and I've heard nothing and it's now 10th April. I've sent emails, Facebook message and now I'll go to my bank.

Will not provide return information!

I was not happy with the product; upon receipt it was clear it was not the value I paid (I felt it was overpriced for the quality) I contacted CS and asked for return address. They do respond, however, 3 times now have ignored my request and will not give me the info I need to return. Given their name, I assumed they were based in the UK, but this is not the case. Had I of known this, I would never have ordered in the first place. Very difficult to get help from CS; their responses to date do not make sense, its looking as though they have no intention of allowing me to return or providing a refund.
Overall I'd advise you not use this company: poor quality/over priced product, and 'lip service' CS help, which is anything but helpful!

Similar experience to Anita

Similar experience to Anita. I placed my order GUK91873 on the 20th March 2026 and so far delivery info is the same as it was then. Also, the company state a response within 24 hours. Three messages sent to them and no response at all. I’m beginning to wonder if this is a legitimate company. As my order was for a gift I am really disappointed with this lack of customer service.

Item never arrived and customer service is non-existent.
I’ve sent three messages with no reply and have now requested a refund, again with no response.
Very frustrating experience — I would not recommend ordering from this company.

**UPDATE ** I have received the parcel. And credit where credit is due, since posting on here, the service was 5 star. I appreciated the apology yesterday and the prompt arrival of the package today. What a shame it took having to post a negative experience to get such a positive follow up. But I must thank @houseart for reacting so quickly and I look forward to giving this present to my friend ( a little postponed but it’s here and that’s what matters now)

Happy hours painting and a great finished picture

my husband bought me a blue lobster paint by numbers. It came with everything needed, including a small magnifying glass to help with the very small areas. All the paints and brushes were perfect to complete the picture.
It was very engrossing I thoroughly enjoyed the process and delighted with the final picture.

The quality of the product was exceptional, the paints were very good. I have bought picture from other places and found the paints to be dried up in some cases. Everything was excellent.

Updated review.

Unable to comment on quality of order still not received it since ordering 23rd February. They should say how long delivery will be before taking the order. Evri have now said they have had the order for 2 weeks but still no sign of delivery. I thought it was coming from UK.
Update - After receiving a reply from Houseart it suddenly appears that Evri will be delivering my order soon now. Whether it is Houseart or Evri responsible for the hold up I cannot confirm. Just be prepared for a long wait when ordering.
Have now reviewed my star rating due to helpful updated results from Houseart.

Bought this product for a birthday in…

Bought this product for a birthday in January. Evri registered they had it but they didn’t. Requested a refund. Offered another product. This arrived yesterday. The packaging box had been crushed and was very unprotected.
I won’t give it as a gift but feel hopeful I might be able to use it for myself.
Expect 6-8 week delivery minimum from china

4 weeks still no delivery

4 weeks still no delivery, have sent them numerous messages, keep getting same message back "Please be Patient," I think I have , now requested a refund, waiting for an answer. I got a one from another company delivered next day . Says UK on the website does not mention despatched from China. Do not trust this company. Very dissapointed.

Update on my review. Received an e mail from this company, have now received a refund , my parcel arrived yesterday 16/3/26 nearly five weeks from ordering,although it did take until I reviewed on Trustpilot, to resolve this. If they declared dispatched from China it would help buyers.
