This company should get zero stars. It looks very authentic and it is not. They do not reply to emails. They do not reply to anything you can’t get a hold of them. Best thing is to do is contact your credit card company, but I’m here to tell you this is a fraudulent company. Do not trust them. It states that she is getting ready to go into motherhood and that she’s getting rid of her inventory and then nothing comes very polite emails in the beginning saying that your product is on its way and then you never receive it.

Two were right and delivered, missing 2 rings and one was delivered wrong ring wrong size
We Had many email discussions over 2 months time. One stating a refund was issued but it was not received. The Last discussion was that they were sure it was frustrating and we should contact UPS because LUXE sent the order and we received something so UPS was at fault

Didn't receive half my order and this jewelry looks nothing like their Facebook ads. It's cheap dollar store jewelry at $30/piece. Don't fall for it!

Happy with the ring , but wish they had more size options. Overall still really and well made.

Got a gorgeous gold-plated necklace from House of Luxe and honestly, it 's better quality than some pieces I've bought from retail stores.

What a joke - sucker here got scammed! I have learned. NOTHING in their website pictures looks like the actual jewelry itself. After ordering these on Facebook, other websites kept popping up with "I am going out of business - everything 80% off" - some sad sap story - well I fell for it. Thankfully I bought with PayPal and disputed the purchase. They offered a 60% refund and instead of fighting all the BS, I took it. But just be warned. They complicate any return by saying you have to return to ASIA when the return address on their package says "Fontana, CA" - they people are crooks.

Loved the piece, but the chain was slightly shorter than expected . Still beautiful and wearable , just needed to adjust.

This is a company based out of China masquerading as a local company. The jewelry is nowhere near the quality in their Facebook ads. They do offer a return; however, the return is not only expensive, but they try to dissuade you from returning the items by offering up to 35% off of the selling price. The items were of such poor quality that I choose to pay return shipping and deal with the hassle of Customs to send these items back to China. This company is the definition of bait and switch.

I bought two items and one within a week was fully tarnished. What did they offer? FOR ME to pay and send the item to Asia for a 25% discount?!?!? That won’t even cover the return shipping cost to Asia.

Bottom line… it’s junk and they are scammers

The silver ring with the gold inlays looks nothing like the pictured item. When you attempt to return said item, you have to pay overseas shipping to Asia which adds up to more than the price of the ring, please beware.

I wish I could give zero stars. This company is scam. Do not shop here. The jewelry is trash and they ignore your emails.

Jewelry looks and feels like a little girl’s play toys. SUPER cheapy. Don’t fall for the “going out of business” sale. The sale price isn’t cheap enough for this crap and it took a month to receive my order. Positive reviewers are lying!

I have had the same experience as others here, it’s a total scam website. The rings I ordered were nothing like the images, hey we’re plastic rubbish that looked like they should be in a Christmas cracker. I tried to return them but the parcel was refused and returned to me in Australia. I did end up negotiating a 45% refund but it had cost me $20 in postage for the return, on top of the original price, so that didn’t mean much. I was messaging back and forth for months and all communication was AI generated and very frustrating. Do not buy from them.

SCAM. The Add on FaceBook said they were in Australia and closing down, instead, the earrings came in 2 small plastic bags from China, cheap junk... Also a missing stone in one of the earrings.

Scam. Products (rings) do not match the quality presented in the pictures, nor the material expected to be used at their full price value. It’s even rubbish compared to what you pay for their “closing down”
prices. My suspicions were confirmed. Avoid.

Do not buy from House of Luxe. A complete scam. I bought 2 items in their so called jewellery sale as apparently the company was closing down. The goods arrived quite some time after buying and arrived what I suspect from China. Both a necklace and earrings were absolute rubbish, cheap as chips. They offered me a refund of 25% of the purchase price. Would not have even covered the postage to send the items back and even though I asked twice for the address to send back to I had no response. BE AWARE OF THIS DISGUSTING WEBSITE AND COMPANY.

I purchased a few sets and some rings from this site and they were all absolutely stunning. The jewellery is inexpensive so of course it won't last forever, but the pieces are just gorgeous. The sets were fabulous, one set was a little small but was able to exchange it and the process was smooth. They clearly state they hold their stock overseas so for everyone saying they're a scam because they ship from China - maybe read the shipping policies first! My order came in 6 days and I am very happy, will definitely purchase again :)

House of luxe pretending to be an Australian company that sells jewellery and fashion. Finally received goods but looks like plastic children’s jewellery. Company won’t refund and still continue to ignore they are fraudulent, calling themself Donna the owner of fake business. They have been removed from Facebook but not Instagram. I’ve contacted Afterpay to let them know but I haven’t had a response yet.

SCAM WEBSITE. This one has a pregnant lady and 80% off sale and looks legit, but it’s the exact same products as the scam Maeve Aurelia site that also hails from China. DO NOT BUY!’n

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. The website states that they are an Australian company but they are not. When I ordered, I got a tracking number from China. When I finally received the package 2 weeks later, the product was nothing like the photo. They have a returns policy that states they will issue refunds and 30 day money back guarantee but then they don’t reply to your emails. The website also states if you return after the 6-10 business days shipping time, they won’t refund. You can’t send it back within the timeframe because they don’t provide the address for returns - they also say you have to return to their China warehouse. I have contacted After Pay to let them know the company is dodgy and reported it to ACCC and Scamwatch.
