Tough Beauty sheepskin parka
They advertise an absolutely beautiful, all sheepskin leather parka. What I got was a thin, cheaply made no natural material piece of garbage. Furthermore, it took a month for me to get this thin, cheaply made jacket.
I understand that this particular website may not be for coats, but I am putting my review on every website that allows me to share my experience. DO NOT BUY FROM TOUGH BEAUTY!!
Horrible customer service
This company still has not credited my account for an item that was out of stock and put on back order and has never shipped. I am out raged due to this item was $60. I will be filing a formal complaint to get my money back.
I had ordered perfume on 8/31/22
I had ordered perfume on 8/31/22, they got my money, but I never received my merchandise. This company and its employees should all go to jail!!! Every phone I number called is out of order. I was able to speak with a woman on September 3rd and she said my money would be refunded within 4 - 7 days. Never received my refund. The number now only gets a busy signal (800) 588-0266. Why hasn't the law intervened and taken the people to jail and make them refund everyone's money?? They have a warehouse in Philadelphia, Pa at 2191 Hornig Road and there is no answer at this number either (267) 722-1122. A man by the name of Gary K Roman, is supposedly the owner and has moved from Hawaii and several other places. He also goes by the name of Gary Kraevsky and Gary Koch. I've been trying so hard to investigate this scam company and I think people should get together and fight this scam.

If I could do a negative 1-star, I would. However, in this case of reviews, believe what you read. House of Beauty is not a legit business. I ordered products a month ago, and not only have I not received them, but they charged my card and have not refunded me yet. They keep avoiding the situation by saying they will talk to the main office and get back to me, which they never have. I spent 300 dollars on nothing.

It's been five months
It's been five months. I mean are they tortoise or snails to take this long. They are not even In any mood to refund my money. They can't be stealing people's money in these times. I will never recommend such a store. DON'T EVER BUY FROM HERE. BIG MISTAKE!!!!!!!!!
Horrible Customer Service
I received my order. One item, liquid eyeliner , was completely dried out and unusable. I first called House of Beauty customer service and was put on hold only to be disconnected. Continued to call until I finally got a person I could hardly hear or understand because the connection was so awful. I was told I had to take a picture of the item and send it in an email before I could receive a refund. So I did. Only to receive another email requesting that I email a picture of the item AND a picture of the invoice. I promptly did THAT. I’ve received no response House of Beauty as of yet. I’ve ordered from this company before but this is the first experience dealing with customer service. They obviously do not stand behind their products. You are made to jump through one hoop after another just to get a refund! My next step is Better Business Bureau. Obviously my voice is not loud enough.

This is a very illegitimate company with no Customer service and no refunds. I ordered and cancelled with on 6 minutes. The cancellation was ignored the order arrived late and House of Beauty want a 20-50% restocking fee but won't send return label. This company is a nightmare. Don't order unless you need more stress on your life.
Never received product, wasn’t given a refund
Ordered a product in March, never received it because of “supply chain issues”, and when I asked for a refund, they replied “thank you for being patient.” I informed them clearly that I had already purchased the product elsewhere, and would like them to refund my order. After several emails with no progress, I was clear that if I didn’t receive a refund, I would be reporting them to BBB and trustpilot. I received a reply that said “ We apologize for the delay in processing your order. Your merchandise is being received in the next few days from the manufacturer. Your order will be processed and will be shipped out next week.We will do our very best to get your order out as quickly as possible.We will provide you with the tracking number once the order is shipped
We thank you for your business and for your understanding!”
This has been going on for two months. Should have looked them up on Trustpilot before purchasing. Stay away.

This company is HORRIBLE and the customer service is non existent. I placed an order and immediately called to cancel because I realized their shipping would take longer than I was in the country for. The rep told me that it's been cancelled and that I'd get a refund but I never got the refund not the confirmation email that the order had been cancelled. I instead saw a "Your order has been shipped". This means nothing had been done about it and now I'm stuck. No one is answering phones or replying emails and I've called endlessly. Buyer BEWARE. Don't purchase unless you want to experience frustration.

I had to jump through hoops, with screen shots of my order confirmation etc., etc.. After numerous threats to turn them into consumer protection agencies, they 'reship' items. Took another two weeks to receive, I agree with other reviews this company is untrustworthy and will scam you if you don't scream and shout and threaten! Stay away, there are many other reputable companies to give your hard earned money to. Buyer BEWARE!

Ordered a Christmas gift for my husband on 12/16/21 Paid extra for expedited delivery. Was supposed to be here Monday 12 20 21 but did not arrive. Called number listed on my confirmation email to contact them: there's nobody ever available to answer the phone at customer service or the operator. The email I was given seems to be a fake email. Had to have my card cancelled and file a claim because I did not receive the items and there is no way to reach them. Tried to leave a message at customer service but it malfunctions and doesnt allow a message to be left.

My order was cancelled by HouseofBeauty and I was promised the refund on 27 September 2021. We are in December and they just do not respond to any emails. They have my products and my money. The only reason I am giving them 1 star is because I cannot give them 0. Do not trust this company.

Sent the wrong product, no reply for 12 months!
I ordered 8 suntan lotions in spring 2020 (!!). Received the wrong SPF, 8 in stead of 30. Totally useless for my fair skin. Still, in April 2021 (!!!) they have not come back to me! SCAM, do not order here!!!!

Placed an order back on February 26th. Charged our my credit card but I have never received the merchandise. Never responded to email inquiring on the status of the order. It has now been a month and I have not received my order.
Do not waste your money
My order never came, until I followed up with tons of emails I got a response of the items being out of stock and that I should wait for a refund, to this day 15 of January 2021 I am still waiting. (The order was placed on the 1st of December 2020)
