All the staff were very approachable. Nothing was too much trouble and you were made to feel welcome and relaxed.
My hearing test was conducted in a very professional manner and all aspects were explained clearly. I felt confidence in leaving such an important aspect of my health to Daniel who then advised on what would be best for me based on the results.
He went out of his way to help my husband too at the same appointment. Exceptional service. Many thanks

They were offering free ear wax removal back in February for the over 70s, that was my first visit..cannot praise them enough...free hearing check which, 6 months later, resulted in digital hearing aids. Staff are lovely, Dan, who sorted me out, what a super chap, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable...lovely lady on Reception, made sure the ramp was out so I could drive in on my mobility scooter...I would certainly recommend a visit to the Stockton Heath branch and you will receive first class care and attention.

Wonderful staff everyone was so friendly. The appointment was easy to make, time and date to suit. It took 2 appointments to complete the wax removal but there was no charge for the 2nd appointment.

Would like to say how wonderful and caring the treatment I received and pleasant receptionist who greeted me.
Have had wax removal at other establishments which by far were inferior to the excellent attention and final result from yourselves. Have to apologise to the lady who attended to me forgot your name it should be in capital letters to say thank you.

I don’t normally write reviews however I was so impressed with House of hearing in Stockton Heath Cheshire that I am delighted to highly recommend them.
The audiologist Dan could not have been better, nothing was too much trouble, my ear canal apparently is very narrow and he came up with the idea of a pespoked fitting on the end of the hearing aid which would fit more comfortably.
Also I would like to say that Lynn the receptionist was very pleasant and welcoming.

The staff are so friendly and look after you very well.

These people are so lovely, I was a little worried about having my ears syringed but it was completely painless and took maybe 10 minutes.

Really good experience from Dan. I had to make a couple of visits but that was nothing to do with HoH; it was more to do with me needing to prep for treatment ie pre-olive oil etc. Overall would recommend highly.
