No effect at all from these pouches but feel effects from different brands and weaker pouches, something wrong with this. I’ve tried these Kurwa pouches a few times now too.

Had a few confusions with my order since I paid after my checkout expired, I emailed the team and within 15 was given a response saying my order was on the way. After that my order arrived missing 1 item and within 2 minutes I was messaged from Adrian directly saying that they could send out the missing item the next day. overall, I had a great customer experience having all my problems replayed to in less than 20 minutes, will definitely be returning!

Website is great. But sadly that’s where the good points end.

Delivery is awful, even taking into account the postage disruption, with the next-day being non existent in my recent experience and I have been waiting upwards of a week for each delivery. (For context I live near both Glasgow and Edinburgh, so not as if I’m in the sticks.)

Customer service has taken a dive over recent months. Will reply instantly if you go to place an order, but any complaints or issues will simply be ignored.

Pricing is okay if the delivery was consistent, but as I’ve point out it is not.

Unless I get a response in the coming hours I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Ordered 4+1 Solo+ Redbull. The delivery was delayed but that is not the main problem. Two of the boxes were empty and one of the vapes didn't last more than 3 puff. I contacted them but no response. So, here is my review.
