Recently ordered two rings off this website which came in very good condition and looked good. However one of the rings I ordered came in the wrong size. I then emailed the company to resolve the issue and due to their excellent customer service will now receive the ring in the right size free of charge without having to exchange the original wrong sized ring. I would highly recommend this company

Low quality and no refund.
When they arrived I was disheartened by the low quality, even considering the low price. Also, I sent my products back for a return but never received a refund.

Thanks for your review. We pride ourselves upon delivering great levels customer service and have a team which respond to all queries within 24-48 hours, even on weekends. In regard to our products being low quality, this is clearly a personal opinion, as we regularly get good feedback about the quality of our products. You can email us as info@rokdesignshop.com about the refund which you claim was not received, but please also provide the tracking number that you used to send the items back (assuming that you did return them with a tracked service).

Very good product. I had problems with shipping and did not receive my order. I emailed back and instead of them fighting me on it and not resending my order even though it was most and likely UPS’s fault. They resent it anyway! Great customer service!
