Once the order was confirmed the slippers were delivered on time and what I considered as excellent quality. I did have difficulties with the AI robot which after a fairly lengthy questioning session advised that my particular choice was out of stock and no date was available for reordering. The robot apologised for not being able to meet my requirement and asked that I give a comment on how I found the service he provided . My response after what had been a lengthy process was
.. THAT WAS A WAIST OF TIME .
The robot replied along the lines that he realised that I was frustrated and that he would pass me onto one of the Slipper Shop staff for a possible solution. The outcome was that slippers were in stock and that I could order them online.
