I ordered item and I asked help to change the size. Customer service helped me with that issue and my item came to me in two days. I couldn't be happier with my order and quality of the item!

Ich hab dort ein paar Jeans bestellt, auf Pre-Order..
Diese kamen auch nach über einem Monat an. Bis dorthin alles in Ordnung. Die Qualität lässt etwas zu wünschen übrig, für 100 Euro ist das Material echt minderwertig und fühlt sich ziemlich billig an. Mit dem Sizing hatte ich kein Problem, ich habe vorsichtshalber den Kundenservice vorher kontaktiert und mir wurde eine Größe empfohlen die mir gut passt. Ich glaube aber ich werde aufgrund der mangelhaften Qualität nicht mehr dort bestellen

Ordered a cardigan in November 2020 with them and only received it by the end of December. However, when I got the cardigan I wanted to return it for a different size so I sent the package back with the according paper to fill in the reason of return. On this paper I indicated that I wanted to exchange the item for a different size. By the end of January 2021 (!!!) after a lot of back and forth emails they claimed that I did not fill in the paper saying I would like an exchange for a bigger size. This is simply not true since I did actually fill it in. They gave me a refund but I still wanted the different size since that is what I payed for. However, the customer service was not helpful at all and didn't propose a good solution. They told me that I could repurchase (pre-order) the item online again which will only arrive by the end of February 2021. On top of that, they NEVER apologized for their mistake and when I asked if they could give me a discount code or some sort of gesture in return for their mistake they never answered my emails again and just totally ignored me.

You might need to email more than once but house of sunny seems to be able to help with your problems. The email on their website works and is constantly look at by there members of staff.

Huge scam! I’ve ordered from House of Sunny on several occasions, always holding out hope that my experience will be better than the last. After reading these reviews, it’s clear to me that my experiences have not been isolated incidents, and I will no longer be giving them my business.

My first order was not pre-drop, yet somehow took over a month to arrive. I ordered three items, but only one came and was nothing like the pictures. The quality was atrocious, and one of the sleeves began fraying after having only been worn for a few hours of just sitting. I emailed inquiring about the other two items and was told that one should be sent in a later shipment and the other should have arrived in that one. They repeatedly asked me if I was sure that the “package hadn’t torn” or I “hadn’t misplaced it after opening” which I found to be accusatory and offensive, it was only after they contacted their distributor and saw that my item actually HAD been misplaced that they began responding to my emails, and even then took about four days between each correspondence. I was told that a refund would be processed to my card, but it never was. Instead, they sent me the item in a different color and size than I had ordered about a month later. This item is, of course, of no use to me and is also horrible quality.

Another order placed a few days after I placed my first (before realizing how awful the quality and customer service is) arrived on time and intact, but I was shocked at the quality. The pants feel like thin, cheap polyester and look like a cheap knockoff, not $150 pants!!! I swore to myself that I would never purchase from House of Sunny again, but had no choice when my teenage niece begged for several of their pre-drop items for her birthday. I ordered the items many months ago, and was told that they’d be delivered in late December. I later received an email from HOS stating that they would actually be dispatched in January, which was followed up by a correction saying that it would actually not be until late February. House of Sunny said that this is because of an exportation issue that is beyond their control, and yet it seems that every Instagram influencer has received their order—the exact items that are allegedly unavailable. I commented on one of their Instagram posts stating my frustration and asking when I could expect my items to be delivered, only to have my comment deleted as my issues remain unresolved.

I’ve spent over $1000 on this horrible company, and they couldn’t care less about my satisfaction since I can’t provide advertisement to them. Everyone I know who has ever purchased from them has been unsatisfied as well. Never again!

Invested a lot in pre-drops and found myself returning and exchanging pretty much every item. I really believed this brand was different but after seeing some other comments and people selling on their H.O.S purchases due to the same disappointment, I am here writing this review to let you know how it really is with this well-marketed brand.
You'll wait months, patiently for the pre-drop to arrive on your doorstep just to find out that the quality is shocking, there are added embroidered and printed logos which are not displayed in the photos and the sizes are SO off. The jeans....my god xD Multiple times have tried sizes down and up and they are not right.
Good luck with refunds because you will have to chase them up yourself, EVERY TIME. One time I actually forgot about a refund and was confused to see a delayed refund a couple of months later!!!!

Customer service is shocking and its a shame to see a brand with so much potential and individuality design-wise go downhill so quickly and the overall quality of clothes are shocking and overpriced massively. I ordered the Bay tracksuit which looked so beautiful online, thick quality displayed well all over Instagram and shot well on their website, I received this thin, cheap-looking tracksuit (made in china) which had big House Of Sunny green embroidered logo which looked like 6-year-old hand-rendered typography on both the top and bottoms. You can see the lining of the pockets and my underwear xD) I looked closely in all the photos and they did not display this detail, they did this with the dalmation jeans too. They put a sloppy logo on some really nice clothes. It is a real shame. Why not show this on displayed images or at least add this is product details? It isn't even a small logo that's the problem.
When I showed them this see-though tracksuit on Instagram they showed no interest whatsoever. I had high hopes for this brand I really did. I understand they are a small company but they really aren't that sustainable when you think about it. Clothes are manufactured in China, sizing is off completely and also having to return/exchange makes this whole sustainable brand thing laughable. Just selling the idea of pre-drop to make hype for a cheap brand who really don't care about their customers and ignore refunds.

Reading through the reviews on here shocks me! I have bought two items recently from house of sunny and they both came in immaculate condition. The quality of the clothing is amazing and the customer service was amazing! I needed to change my address for the delivery and it was done the same day thanks to Charlotte, I would highly recommend shopping from house of sunny as I think it is important to support sustainable independent brands such as this.
Will definitely be buying from them again ! X

Their jeans are terribly sized - ordered my usual size and they barely went over my hips, seems slightly irresponsible to size this way but clearly they’re another trendy ‘sustainable’ brand only for a select number of tiny women with no hips. Also, the jeans are low rise and they didn’t state this in the description. Now I’m realising that returning them is going to be a pain: you have to pay for returns, there are all sorts of rules about no refunds for discounted items and also the tag wasn’t even attached as it fell out as I took them out the package and they seem insistent that you can’t get a refund if it’s not attached despite the fact it never was in the first place. Don’t shop here.

I ordered two items from House of Sunny recently, very fast shipping to Australia considering covid delays. When I received my items they were exactly as pictured and fit well, the designs are so beautiful. My only comment is that the buttons are very delicate and one fell of when I was trying it on, that may be my fault though and is easily fixed. Overall very happy with my order, will be ordering again!

I just wanted to leave an honest review about my recent experience with House of Sunny.

I came across all of these terrible reviews just after I'd placed a large order and I couldn't help but worry..

As it turned out, when my order arrived (as beautiful as it all was) one of the items was faulty. I first contacted them via Instagram and got a quick response with the Email address that I needed to complain.. YES it took them a few days to get back to me but once I had a response they were so good.

Charlotte was very helpful and quickly replaced the dress which arrived before I'd even sent the faulty one back. They refunded the return postage for me and were as helpful as they could possibly be.

The items I bought are amazing and I've recently placed another order.

Just wanted to leave this review as my experience was far from what I had read on here. Do not be put off from shopping with House of Sunny! :)

Really really terrible customer service. Treat and deal with their customers disrespectfully and unprofessionally. Lovely clothes but will never shop there again as money is clearly all they’re interested in and not the value of their customers and supporters. What a horrid company.

This is the worst company I have ever bought anything from! Not only are the products awful quality and made just for Instagram, but the customer service, delivery and returns of their products is appalling! I do not know how they have any loyal customers which such basic brand structures missing.

My return was delivered over a week ago and after sending two emails I still haven't received confirmation that my return/refund has been processed. Worst customer service - I won't be shopping here again as I'm starting to think I won't be getting my money back.
