The agent Millie was superb in her communication and assistance in arranging a viewing of a property with the vendor. She was keen to follow this up afterwards and to ensure that as a prospective buyer my opinions & observations were understood. She had a very pleasant manner and made me reassured of the efficiency of the company. Thank you Millie.

Easy to talk through the process.

The worst service!!!
For two weeks running calls are schedule, moved and cancelled without any information.
First they can't get through, then it gradually disintegrates to nothing.
Having to move meetings at work to wait for a call which never happens.

Try to explain that the comms are atrocious and that they should communicate properly " we understand your frustration" you are causing it!!!

If you are looking to sell, stay away!

Georgia was quick and efficient to get the ball rolling to list our property considering our circumstances.

Alex passed me through to Dean, who again was concise and easy to understand and very helpful

House on market for a year and only advice was to lower the price
Eventually refused and was told we would never sell it at the price we wanted but lo and behold there was a knock on the door from people interested to buy
Now sale going through and suddenly things seem brighter
We dealt with Shirel-Mercedes who was like a breath of fresh air. She rang punctually every week and any queries we had were VERY promptly dealt with.
We are now through to the manager stage so would just like to thank Shirel for her input after what was a very stressful year
Perhaps the sales team can take a leaf out of her book and be more open and honest with people

Sumaiya Kenza was excellent, always very pleasant and very kind on the phone.

My experience with House Sales Direct was mixed.

Unfortunately, it took far longer to sell my property than I was originally led to expect, and in the end it sold for significantly less than the valuation and expectations that were initially set. As I needed to relocate, I ultimately had little choice but to accept the offer, which was disappointing.

That said, I do want to recognise Fatima Bibi, who was excellent throughout. She was always professional, responsive, understanding and kept me updated whenever she could. She genuinely did everything she could to help and was a pleasure to deal with. She is an absolute asset to the company and deserves recognition for her hard work.

Overall, while I can’t say I was satisfied with the outcome or the overall service, Fatima’s dedication and customer care were the standout positives in what was otherwise a fairly mediocre experience.

I am in the process of a sale with them and the experience so far, especially with Georgia has been great. She is polite, friendly and found her reliable in completing committed actions. So far so good!

Fatima has been fantastic from the very start. Not only helping the transaction process smoothly but also taking the time to get to know us on a personal level. Brilliant service, would thoroughly recommend.

Simon was very helpful during one of the most ridiculous sales i have ever had the misfortune to be involved in. The lawyers on the other side were beyond useless, the buyers were clueless and i am just relieved to have the whole saga finished. Simon tried his best to keep positive and push on with things against a very uphill task. My only negative comment which is why its a 4 Star rating was when i received the statement it was not what had been agreed and i had to halt the process to get this corrected, make sure you have transparency and would suggest getting everything in writing !!

So helpfull.pleasant .i wd recommend to anyone couldnt be better thank you so so much for all.your help ..once again top class the two chaps i spoke to couldnt be more helpfull....to me ...top.class ...thanks so much janet crisp.

DO NOT USE - consistently lied throughout the process, very little correspondence which generally was promising viewings etc and then said viewings cancelling. Property address listed wrong, reduced the price 4 times in 4 weeks and generated one viewing in 3 months. Be very careful of Sandy who was incredibly rude to me I was told she would not be dealing with my case again and I received a text from her two days later.

One of the worst companies I’ve had the displeasure of using, do not be fooled by the ridiculous price they give you initially they are incapable of marketing a property correctly. They also push you into leaving a review before the property is marketed.

Great service and communication all the way through the process.

I wouldn’t recommend the company.
I have been with them for 12 months.
Their only approach to sell the flat is to low the price.
Now they advertising my flat for a price lower than I paid in 2017! Which on any occasions I said don’t go below £100k.
They don’t listen client needs. Can not wait to finish this contract.

SHAMEFUL PRACTICES- I REC AN APPLICATION FROM HM LAND REGISTRY OF APPLICATION FROM THIS COMPANY CLAIMING OPTION TO PURCHASE FOR 12 MONTHS-. MEANING I COULD NOT SELL WITH ANYONE ELSE FOR A YEAR !!-They took it off after i complained and left poor feedback again..

They get you to sign a signature box they send you on a smart phone to proceed with setting up-BUT after a few days you get a copy of the "contract" which gives them sole rights for 12 MONTHS,you are locked in cant leave !!!

DO NOT USE AND DONT SIGN ANYTHING TILL YOU HAVE A COPY OF THE "CONTRACT"

I cant even do a part exchange with a builder as HSD have put asking price so low that any PX deal is based on that is an horrific price...

These guys take you on saying house value from A-B,then after a week say its the lowest of that range.
Their marketing is poor and house description are scant/poor on details

Then after 1 WEEK they drop the price by £10.000 without even telling me or discussing!!!

Then next week do the same !!! i ask why they have done and they state its "their mgr who will reduce if interest/viewings are low" ???

I explained i have given NO instruction to reduce the asking price and NO more reductions should be made

Think their game plan is to reduce down till you fall into their sister company "we buy any house" range and you end up giving your house away..and they offer a fraction of what its worth..

After this Horrendous ordeal and my complaints and feedback,they eventually Cancelled the "contract".but damage is done with under valued property and poor service and wasted time..
Use an establised Estate agent they will be cheaper in the long run
