I've submitted very few reviews thus far but this Company definitely deserves a good one. I called on a Saturday morning and left a voice mail with their answering service. I continued to contact other companies to schedule an install but very shortly after leaving a voice message this Company called me back! Not only that but they had someone available the same day and said they could be at my house in the next few hours! The gentleman that came to my home was more than professional, courteous and very informative. He did an excellent job with two TV mount installations and ran a new cable line for me. I thought I would be pushing my luck to find same day service for this type of install after moving. But Houston Custom Installers told me they could come out that same day before I even had a chance to check their availability! And they did a bang up job. I'll be keeping this Company in my contacts for future service requests!

This is a great company. Professional and personable employees. The other company I had working on my system did not give service after sellers nag me this system. This company came in assessed my system, which ran slow and needed a software update, then instead of adding a camera in my garage, which I wanted to see if it was closed or not they recommended a garage door opener and closer. Now I get a notice when it opens and closes. That's just what I needed. They also added a feature to the front door bell/camera that lets me know when someone rings our doorbell. Fantastic these people are great and very responsive!! The other company took weeks and once over a month to respond. I would recommend this company and everyone I talk with is very nice and very responsive. Keep up the good work customer service is the name of the game. Thank you

I called this company after reading several reviews about the service they perform. While the ratings were not bad, I'm not sure the ratings accurately reflect the competence and high quality service that I personally received. I needed to troubleshoot my media room for problems related to less than optimal settings and a couple of older pieces of equipment that I thought I would need to replace. After the technician reviewed the setup, it took him no time at all to find and rectify the problem. He could have tried to milk the situation but he didn't. This seems to be an above board company that works at a competitive price and provides the service they claim to provide. The technician was timely and neat, and did not leave the place in a mess. I highly recommend.

Everything was explained and the job was done quickly. The installer was a very cool guy who got in and got out.

They came in and started to work and after they where done cleaned up and left very very good.

I called Houston Custom Installers to install home theater speakers and set up my home theater system in a home that was already prewired by the builder for home theater. The installation team was a little late getting to us, but they call to let us know they were delayed at an earlier installation. Upon arrival they set up the system in a timely manner balanced all the speakers, and cleaned up. I also had them install to wall-mounted television sets and they hit all the wires by going through the wall.

I was very pleased by their service.

I would recommend your business without reservation. Installer had all equipment with him and installed the Blue Ray, left specific instructions for switching back and forth, and performed his work efficiently.

Did a very complete job!

I had another company I had used just for TV installs come and install a complete surround sound multiple zones throughout our house. They came and installed the system. It would not do near the things I wanted or that they promised. They would never return my calls. I called Houston Installers and they came out, rerouted a couple of wires, reworked the hook ups to the receiver and I have everything that I wanted. Three zones including front and back patios listening to different music. complete surround sound in the house. internet through all four TV's and I can control it all with my cell phone. These are the only guys to use!

I found this company via google ads and they were able to come out same day, they phoned ahead to confirm I was in, performed the installation quickly and cleaned up afterwards too. The guy who did the work was extremely professional and explained what he was doing throughout. I would definitely recommend them.

They showed up on time. Used a piece of equipment I already had that they could have told me it wouldn't do the job and sold me something for a couple of hundred dollars. The result was perfect and the technician was super professional. I wish I had known about them the last time I needed this type of service. I would 100% recommend.

Installer did a great job and was very helpful with all my questions, he worked to ensure everything was connected and ready for use in all of my 3 rooms. I would use this company again and would recommend to friends if they needed this work carried out.
