I cannot recommend the Howgates team enough, especially Zoe who handled the majority of the sale of my property.
She was really helpful and friendly. Very responsive to all of my emails and phone calls and on hand to answer any questions I had. We managed to get the sale of my property and purchase of my new one through within 10 weeks. This wouldn't have been possible without Zoe who was on the ball and took on all the leg work and made the situation as stress free as possible.
Thank you Zoe and the Howgates team for all your hard work.

Great service as usual. Stacey and Zoe are brilliant and saw the sale through impeccably.
I didnt catch the owners name, he is a large gentleman with grey hair, but he was also really friendly and helpful. I couldn't recommend enough.

Outstanding service from start to finish.
I highly recommend Howgates estate agents. The whole team are great and very responsive all the way through the process of me selling and buying a new property.
I previously had my property up for sale with another estate agent in 2021 and had to withdraw because they were so useless, after experiencing the service Howgates provided, it proved to me why they are rated as the best in the area. I literally cannot fault Howgates at all, thanks so much, me and my family are all settled in and very happy!

The service we received from start to finish was absolutely brilliant from all at howgates! Zoe and Stacey went above and beyond and nothing was too much to ask of. They worked incredibly hard and gave 110%. I cannot recommend howgates enough!

Helpful to a first time buyer
Vicky has been very helpful, patient and accommodating with the process of putting an offer in on my first home. The viewing process was simple and the viewing itself didnt feel rushed or pressured like some other agents tend to do. It's been overall a smooth experience so far and I would recommend them as a first time buyer.

There’s only one Howgates
Having used Howgates twice before it was a no brainier to go with them again. As always right from the start they were the usual professional service I’ve come to know. Weekly updates when needed and great with their communication between other estate agents, solicitors etc.
I would highly recommend them.
